Food selection was limited in the fridge. Customer service was lacking… food was over priced given there was not much to pick from. Won’t be going back. Disappointed, I love hot pot and was excited to try this place.

When I went, it was pretty empty in terms of costumers, food, and staff. They ran out of rice so we couldn't get fried rice and the fridges where you get the veggies and meats to add to your hot pot was also lacking. The taste of the hot pot itself was alright but the experience left more to be desired.

I would not recommend this place at all. My cousin & I went in on a Saturday 7/2/21 evening. We ordered what we wanted, as she brought our drinks a rat went running a cross the rails at the top of the building where the refrigerators are located. We left immediately.

Drove an hour away to get there the place doesnt close till 12 but at 10:45 they tell us were about to close an they cant serve us because there closing soon

This place doesn’t have high chairs for baby also the foods expensive not recommend rather go to all you can eat more better than this place

Food is great. My roommate and I just ate here and made the mistake of picking up too much meat because we weren't paying attention to its price. Like 8 dollars per plate. The price would've been normal for a hot pot otherwise probably but yeah. Lots of good selections to choose from and one could probably manage the costs much better than us. The skewers of meat are all pretty great and the broth was great both for the mushroom one and the spicy one that I forgot the name of. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Now Ive been eating hot pot for quite awhile now and had many difference experiences. However, this place was awful. Felt like a run down restaurant as everything looks so unorganized. They charge you by the type of plate you select and the waiter doesnt seem knowledgeable. Horrible customer service as he does not put much of an effort to come and serve us. I recommend Shabu zone!
