Had a hankering for some seafood and picked up some drive thru snow crab legs. Sauce was delicious!!! Only about 10-15mins wait for the food after ordering at the window. Will be back to check out the rest of their extensive menu!

Great food served fast for a good price from a friendly staff. What else can you ask for? I had the Italian Beef sandwich - delicious!

Stopped at this place for crawfish on my way out of Houston! it was hot fresh and delicious! The owners are great people and there's alot of variety on the menu. I look forward to eating here again soon.

Food is made fresh and incredibly tasty. The drinks are priced fairly and very strong. The owner is a very nice man and all of this makes it a 5/5 establishment. However, there's a 30% surcharge for inflation. I know the inflation these days is higher than ever and I was afraid it would come back to bite the consumer eventually but this made it so expensive we can't really afford to come back.

This is a great place. All of the food is made when you order. It can take 5-20 minutes depending on what you order. This is a privately owned business so don’t expect it to run like other fast food places. The prices are reasonable and the menu has a lot to choose from.

I've never left a review like this before, but in this case it needs to be done. It would be best if you try absolutely anything but the pizza. Attempted to try to make the pizza taste better, I ordered and added extra pizza sauce, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese. No amount of any of these could make it taste good. Pizza sauce, cheese and especially the crust need to be changed. I've possibly had a worse pizza in my life, but currently just can't remember it.

I'm from Chicago and this place is LEGIT! Authentic Italian beefs, pizza puffs, gyros, etc! All Vienna products just like Nick's Gyros back home! Found this place by accident but it's authentic Chicago food! Italian beefs are dipped and soggy just like I like em!

If I had just taken a moment to read the reviews along with the OWNER’S response I would’ve saved myself a world of a headache!! I ordered a gyro which the cashier highly recommended and I was excited to try. Unfortunately, once I got home (5 minutes from then) I notice a sour smell, much like the one described in comments below. Instantly, I lost my appetite and called to get something else or a refund. The employee seemed to blow off my request and handed the phone over to the MOD who was also very dismissive and she claimed she could not understand me.. I then went back to the store not even 15-20 minutes after the visit which the manager called the owner, Nick who was the worst of them all!! He then explained they do not issue refunds once the food has left the store, which is senseless bc how would I know what the food taste if I am placing an order in the DT!? He kept deflecting by saying only 5-10 minutes after the food is issued he can provide a refunds which is completely inconsistent with what he told me initially. Not only that, but HE’S LYING!! The receipt says within one hour and I have a screenshot that I called less than 20 minutes of the visit which most of that time I waited to get the food! Outside of that there is absolutely NO signage that indicates this. His attitude is horrific and I lost my appetite altogether, leaving the food there! He was very insensitive, and it shows in his staff. I BEG YOU TO STAY CLEAR!

If you haven't tried Nick's yet, you're missing out. We love coming here. The staff is amazing and the food is next level delicious. Highly recommend any of the shawarma and the lamb gyro. I haven't found a better Mediterranean restaurant anywhere in the Houston area.

This was my first time in, but the customers that I assume were regulars were on the first name basis with the owner & cooks. The food was so good here I ate lunch, then after my girlfriend got off of work we went back just so she can try it. She loved it & so did I. The food was so fresh that I literally burned the roof of my mouth lol. No complaints though. I hope to become a regular here because not only is everyone friendly and attentive, the food selection was more than I expected. First time around I had the brisket sandwich and wings. Both were extremely amazing.

Gyro and beer, the best place in the area. Nick and his staff do an outstanding job at the place! The location off the freeway is the only downfall.

Finally got a chance to try this place, and it was well worth the wait. It's neat, clean, well run, and Nick himself is a great guy. And it's open for dine in and no masks required. He's not only nice to customers, but also to his staff, and he jumps in to help them as needed. I watched him cooking shish kabob and a couple of other dishes as well.My wife's gyros was stuffed full and the pita bread was hot and fresh. And yes, he prepares gyros the way it should be.... on a vertical rotisserie spit. The meat was hot and juicy, the tzatziki sauce had cucumber and dill in it, and my wife said she thinks he makes the sauce on premise. All for only $7.99. You can also upsize it to a large for $2.00. it's also available as a platter. As for me, I had two plates. And as a native of Chicago, I was pleasantly surprised. My first choice was the Italian Beef on a Gonnella roll. Tasty, plenty of it, with onions, roasted peppers and giardenera and au jus on the side. Next time I'll have it dipped. My second choice was a Vienna Beef Polish Sausage. He calls it Chicago Style, when I asked for it the way I know it and how we call it in Chicago, Jewtown Style. That's the Polish on a poppyseed bun, dressed with mustard, onions and sport peppers. He also offers Shawarma, Muffuletta, and platters, wings, pizza and a whole lot more.Got a taste for falafel? Check.Want a wrap? No problem.Boiled seafood or a catfish platter? He's got you covered!Want a steak? 3 different kinds await you.Stuffed grape leaves? He's got that too.Looking for a healthy choice in food? He's got six of them as both wraps and salads.Looking for Halal? Look no further! He's got you.But wait! There's more!Want a cold bottle of beer? He has both domestic and import. No draft beer right now due to COVID regulations in effect in the city.Frozen Margarita? Four sizes. My wife ordered one to go and loved it.Frozen Daiquiris? 25 flavors including Liquid Marijuana, Hypnotic and Octane 190Long Island Iced Tea? You betcha! How about some Jell-O shots? 5 flavors and you can buy them singly for $1.59 or by the bucket for $12.00 Great for an end of week, after work celebration.Outdoor dining is also open, but we sat inside... This time. He's open Monday through Saturday, but Never On Sunday. I feel a song coming on!Located at the corner of 290 and Mangum, with both parking and drive thru, Nick's Grill can accommodate you any which way you want.Take a stop and say hi to Nick! We'll be back again soon!I forgot to take pictures this time but I will next time and update the review.UPDATE: Today I had gyros and a Chicago Polish and my wife had Roast Beef Muffuletta and we split an order of fries. And at promised, here's the pictures!

I had the philli cheesesteak, nothing to write home about. The burger and gyro sounded good and I was told were more popular. Pricing was good and beers looked well priced so I gave 4 stars. I plan to try again and update then. Large menu.
