We’ve been looking for a black garlic ramen for a while in Houston and this one was perfect. Well made noodles and bold flavored broth. Atmosphere was clean and modern. Will definitely be returning.
This Night Market Noodle is one of my favorite ramen spots. I have been coming here many times. Their signature tonkotsu ramen is the best - the noodle and egg were cooked perfectly and served in a rich, flavorful bone broth. The new dish, Mazesoba, surprised me with how full of flavor it was!
🍜Burnt Garlic Ramen was as reviewers describe and price point is appropriate. I love the server said I could sit where I wanted (vs seating me where they want), was fast, and brought the bill without me having to ask. Minus 1 star because it gave me a stomach ache as soon as i stood up to leave that lasted an hour as it digested.
