Food and service was great. We went back for a dessert pastry box and some gelato.
10 out of 10 would go again

There is some construction happening with their doors and for some reason they directed entering and exiting traffic through different doors (but just by pointing).
Still the food was good and I'm sure the weird thing will be temporary

Read the menu by the door outside. Order inside. Pick up inside. Lots of booths and outdoor seating too. Mayonnaise by drink and ice dispenser. Ketchup on the table. Plenty of napkins. You must request a tray when picking up to take your order to your table. Very clean restroom which indicates a clean kitchen as well. Hamburger cooked to order. Business has been operating many years; they definitely know what they are doing!

Niko Nikos is the best Greek Food in Houston. The Montrose st restaurant is the one I always go to, the food is great and the service is outstanding. Some would call it a fast food restaurant with ordering at the counter and seating yourself but don't let it fool you. You will be pleasantly surprised. There is to go menu's and an pick up lane next to the building.

Got their Greek quesadillas and gyros combo. Great food, coming back.

In an age where personal service is being replaced by impersonal tech, it's great to patronize a place that still values its customers and a human touch. There was a long delay with my order, but the restaurant team member was understanding about getting it rectified and even sent along a nice treat for the inconvenience that has now become one of my favorite items which I never would've thought to order before but certainly will often now. I hope the customer service experience is the same in person!

Yum! This is definitely going on my list of places to revisit!
Always a solid choice at Niko Niko's! The portions are absolutely huge—be prepared for leftovers. The lamb shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the pork chop was seasoned perfectly. You can't go wrong with their classic gyros, either. It’s a Houston staple for a reason!

Tried to go for dinner and was really looking forward to eating a gyro plate. I was also surprised as most of the dine in seating was empty at the time I arrived (usually it is packed when I go for lunch). Unfortunately I was told that there was a over a 35 minute wait on a gyro plate. I was told the reason is that there are several to go orders, and these are given priority. Good customer service is about prioritizing the customers who are actually wanting to dine in. Very disappointing experience.

Told me my order wasn't in the system, then once found was told it wasn't ready and that they'd call my name when it's ready. Waited an additional 20 minutes at the pick up counter. Another employee came over, asked for my name, then went around the corner to grab my order. How long has it been ready? Where did they grab my order from? Yikes
