Nobu continues to set the gold standard for a reason. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is sophisticated and the service is impeccably sharp. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of from start to finish.
While the sushi and signature dishes were, as expected, world-class, I have to give a special shout-out to the bar program. I ordered a dirty martini, and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly chilled, expertly balanced, and exactly the right amount of savory.
It’s the perfect spot for a high-end night out where the drinks are just as top-tier as the food

Incredible experience we love going to Nobu. Being a resident of Lanai, we love The Four Seasons Nobu restaurants there as well. Our chef at the Houston Nobu , Jay, was incredible and very friendly and took wonderful care of us. It's always a pleasure to go to Nobu.
Food was amazing as always. The service is impeccable. Catered to all my needs. Made my birthday special giving me a free birthday dessert. The one in Atlantic City don't ever do that. Will be definitely be back.
We had a great experience. It was everyone's first time there. We will definitely be back!
We were a party of 9 for Sunday brunch. The service was impeccable. The food was excellent, well-prepared, very fresh, varied, and well-presented. But $75 per person seemed excessive.
Attend the AYCE brunch. It's a great opportunity to try items I've always wanted to try, while also enjoying unlimited portions of my favorite dishes. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.
The brunch was absolutely amazing! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and they had prime rib. They also had some delicious bao buns and truffle rice. And let's not forget the Matcha waffle it was just one of my favorites! Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and I was thoroughly impressed. Good for like a birthday brunch, or if you want to just get a nice brunch with good food before Sunday Funday. $162 for two people after taxes and before tip.
Excellent experience all round! Celebrated my wife's birthday as a family. Great food, service and ambience. Highly recommend!
Our waiter only had us, as a customer and disappeared most of our visit. Very rude, he seemed very rude and didn’t listen to us at all, when he was at our table. The rest of the staff was wonderful.
We ordered the prix fixe menu. Six courses. The quality was mixed. The four sushi courses were delicious--outstanding. The fifth course--waygu beef--was awful, full of gristle. The desert was basically a cupcake, a mediocre one at that. We expected better for the atmospheric price tag. We complained, and to its credit, Nobu knocked a sizeable amount off the bill.
Restaurantji Recommends
Amazing. Food and service were both amazing and the prix fix let us try a lot of different unique foods which were all amazing. Couldn't recommend enough as it honestly surpasses its hype.
Oh Nobu, always great no matter what city we try. We've been to Vegas and Chicago, but I think Houston was my favorite location! Good lighting, everyone was so helpful and the food delivered like every time before!
Service was amazing! Food was delicious, and the restaurants ambiance was perfect for our anniversary dinner.
While the quality of the food was undeniably good, the dining experience was ruined by poor service logistics. We were a party of five, yet our meals were brought out in a disorganized, piecemeal fashion.
Most notably, my middle daughter did not receive her entrée until the rest of the table had completely finished eating. My youngest daughter also experienced a significant delay with one of her dishes. Given that our bill was $874, we expected a synchronized fine-dining experience. My daughter works in luxury hospitality and noted that the service fell far below the standard expected at this price point.

if you like authentic japanese food or flavors, this is not the place to dine at. prices are ridiculous for what it’s worth. i’d much rather go to 大道 to buy fresh fish than to pay near $40 for thinly sliced fish in a marinade that i can make at home.
