Lovely afternoon dumping bubbles and enjoying lunch and conversation on the patio. Service was excellent and weather couldn't be topped.

We waited for almost 1h to get our table even though we had a reservation. Lots of people were waiting!

We had a bad experience. We made a reservation to sit outside and, due to the weather, we were moved indoors, which we understand; however, we still had to wait quite a long time before being assigned a table. When we were finally seated, the waitress did not correctly understand our order. We did not request the Valentine's Day menu, yet there was still confusion. In addition, only one dish was brought even though we were two people, and we had to wait approximately 20 more minutes for the second meal to arrive. This was not our first time visiting the place, which is why this treatment surprised us negatively. We expected better organization and customer service.

I visit quite often in Houston and other cities. Our visit on February 14th (Valentines Day) was not the best tasting meals. The coffee cake was not warm. The waitress placed back on warmer but the plate was hot but not the food. The pasta was extremely spicy especially for a person who likes spice. We had to keep drinking water to finish the meal.

Lovely business lunch, staff paid attention to allergies without freaking out (appreciated), wait staff seamlessly trained and served simultaneously, clean restrooms, no weird chemical smells, and no embarrassment when I realized I'd forgotten to unlock the company card beforehand. Will continue to take lunch meeting in the T&C location as possible.

Love this place; Staff is always attentive; enough time to do some table talk & ordering; to simply knowing their menu!!! Congrats to Nicole; my waitress, super Shoot out to Heather at Bar while waiting to be seated!!!! Always a pleasure to dine here.

The food was great! I always love the decor and ambiance at North Italia. Everything tastes so fresh and authentic. I will keep coming back for more.

We started out with Happy Hour before moving into our reservation. They have a great HH selection with excellent cocktails and mocktails. Once our party arrived, we were seated right away. We had a wonderful waitress who took great care of us. The risotto balls are a must! All of the pastas were delicious. Of course, we finished with the hazelnut torte, which was rich and amazing.

Service was below par, maybe everyone is tired after holiday rush. Good food and comfortable setting!

We just ate at the Henderson, NV location. We had a long wait time on our food. The portion size for everything was tiny, like child size. I ordered the scallop with butternut risotto and the butternut squash was hard and risotto undercooked. I told the waitress and she said, “yeah that’s what I heard”. ?? She did ask if I wanted another one but it would take another 40 minutes so I refused. Food was overpriced for their portions. Nice atmosphere but not going back

One of me and my boyfriends favorite spots for date night. Food is always good and the servers are always nice, I also love the atmosphere!

I had the Short Rib Marsala and it was Excellent. My wife had the Scallops and she said there was too much seasoning to where you could not even taste the Scallop. Mussels Appetizer was also very good.

Extremely noisy to the point that it was difficult to have a conversation with the person sitting across from me. I know that noise adds to the excitement and the ambience. But in your restaurant, I think it's over the top. I suggest you do something to baffle the sound a bit.

We have gone several times to North Italia and we loved the food, drinks and dessert! The only dish I didn't like was the lasagna with rib!

This is a very nice restaurant with great indoor and outdoor seating. They offer lunch specials even on weekends which was a pleasant surprise. The meatballs were delicious and hearty. Bolognese was good although I would have liked more meat sauce. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Great location, good food and overall good dining experience.
