Visited North Italia on February 13 and had a wonderful experience, even with the Valentine’s Day rush. The restaurant was busy, but the atmosphere still felt warm and welcoming. We ended up sitting at the bar, and the bartender was incredibly attentive and kind, consistently checking in and making sure we were comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Great hospitality all around…especially during such a high-traffic evening.

We had a bowl of muscles.. it was really good. Wished they would give more bread to dip in the tasty juices. The pizza was very good too. Previously we had branzino fish which was delicious.
The coffee is good but it's not hot as it comes from the bar where they're quite busy serving drinks.
The service is very good.

We had a bad experience. We made a reservation to sit outside and, due to the weather, we were moved indoors, which we understand; however, we still had to wait quite a long time before being assigned a table. When we were finally seated, the waitress did not correctly understand our order. We did not request the Valentine's Day menu, yet there was still confusion. In addition, only one dish was brought even though we were two people, and we had to wait approximately 20 more...
