Almost every time we get something from here they get our order wrong. I shouldn’t have to check my order when I spend almost $30 on 4 bundlets. The last 2 times I have had to drive back and get my order fixed. I didn’t catch tonight until after they had closed.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been buying cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes for a long time, and honestly, it’s my go-to whenever I don’t know which cake to get. 🎂✨
Their cakes are always consistent, perfectly moist and flavorful — you never have to worry about them tasting different from one visit to the next. They always get it right! 💯
My personal favorite is the Red Velvet, but I also love the Lemon and Chocolate ones. 🍫🍋 You honestly can’t go wrong with any flavor — no matter which one you choose, you’re going to love it! 😍
They’re also great for sharing — the cakes are generous enough for plenty of people, and they can make beautiful custom arrangements based on what you ask for. Every cake comes out looking stunning and tasting just as amazing.
Highly recommended — there’s truly nothing like a Bundt cake from here! 💕

I have been trying to talk to a person on the phone. The recording says that if I wish to speak to a representative, please stay on the line. I get the same recording, over and over again. I've been waiting for a person to answer for 10 minutes. Not too satisfied!

Don’t bother calling because nobody will answer the phone, it’s just an automated loop for a computer and despite zeroing out for a representative the store just put you back into a loop. Been trying to call for the last two days in regards to an order I placed.

I’m so glad I saw the commercial and decided to stop by Nothing Bundt Cakes! The store atmosphere was incredibly inviting and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit special — a special thank you to Michele in particular for her kindness and helpfulness. The cakes themselves were absolutely delicious — full of flavor and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a sweet treat or a thoughtful gift!

This particular store is the closest to my home which is a little over 7 millers, until the new one opens. Every time I've been in this store they are always out of the newest cake item.
A month ago I went there several different times and they were out of the banana pudding bundt. Today the same thing regarding the strawberry cheesecake. Its interesting the store keeps a lot of the other flavors.
The staff are very kind, but whoever is in charge of putting product out and making sure there is enough regardless of the day or time they are lacking. Very disappointed!!

Went to this location this past Thursday 7/24 and was not greeted or even asked if I need help. I went to the right counter and there was lady behind it .. I asked her if they had the banana pudding flavor and she didn’t make any eye contact and said “ we no longer have that flavor anymore” I was going to go with another flavor but because her approach was rude and unprofessional I left! Please don’t go to this location .. find another .

Not sure if it's just this particular location but to not be able to make a purchase with cash is frustrating! This location only accepts credi/debit. I traveled a bit of a distance only to be met with the news that my purchase could only be made with a card. I only had cash that particular day and was looking forward to the BOGO offer, unfortunately I had to leave without a purchase. If this is this stores policy then I believe it should be stated on their website/page or in the email sent!😡
