I ordered online in advance for a baby shower. This location is always reliable and had my order ready when expected. I ordered a baby shower cake that serves 8 with strawberries and cream. I ordered a dozen Bundtinis for the group with the cutest baby shower signs. I also picked up a mini Bundt cake tower for my family. Three Bundtlets of lemon, confetti and strawberries and cream. They had many flavors available for pickup. The cakes were fresh and icing delicious and sweet. If you carefully slice the cake, you can get 8-10 slices, it looks tiny but the cake is rich and sweet that everyone should really get a sliver. Definitely recommend.

I ordered from the website today with no problem. When I went in to pick up my order I noticed from the confirmation email I accidentally clicked on the wrong favor. I spoke with the chunky girl in the front who originally said she didn't see the order. When I pulled up the confirmation she went to the shelf where my order was sitting. I told her the chocolate chocolate chip should have been an Oreo. She went to the back and came back to ask me if I was an Uber driver, I was confused by the question. I clearly stated I noticed on the confirmation email the wrong cake was chosen, she proceeded to tell me they were out of the Oreo cake and that I had one in the bag already. All while laughing with whoever was behind the doors. I swapped it for a lemon.... How are you out of the themed cake? Why would I be an Uber driver?

I have always had a great experience here and ordered again today for Easter Bindtini's. I ordered early this time but never have had any issues ordering a little late in previous years. The cakes are so good and the staff is friendly. There are times where they are slammed and busy but they are still helpful and friendly. They always bring my order out, open the boxes to show me my order and it has always been correct. I will remain a repeat customer!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are great!Parking: They share a parking lot with other stores but it's no big deal if you have to park a little further out.

I normally have good experiences with all other nothing Bundt cake locations. So I didn’t read the reviews before popping in, but now I wish I would have. Similar to the other reviews, please be cautious before going in. I went in to purchase some bundlets and they were over baked, very stale, and the flavor was off. These both seemed old. I was thinking maybe just one of them would be bad and the other okay but both flavors were not good. I know things happen but seems to be common based on the other reviews. I recommend choosing another location.

Went to try and purchase a cake for my husband’s birthday and there was one customer and myself. The customer before me was attended. And 3 ladies came in together behind me and the manager walked over from where she was standing and completely ignored me standing there and asked the ladies behind me that just walked in if they needed help. I asked her if there was a reason why they were getting attended to before me, her knowing I’ve been waiting to be attended. she just stared at me in silence. With no reply I decided to leave. Had my grandson with me and he was so upset that we weren’t able to get a Bundt cake. Terrible experience for my first visit.

PLEASE READ!!! This maybe lengthy. On 9/01, I purchased a 10 inch double chocolate cake and two candles to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday. We sang the birthday song about 9pm. We ATE the cake and upon my daughter getting a second piece she discovered a FINGERNAIL on the cake!!!!!! We were disgusted and saddened. My family LOVE nothing Bundt cake. We are not locals so we were happy to see we were close enough to travel to a location. On 9/02, I called the location to share our experience. I was told by an employee that the manager was on lunch. She took my information and told me I should receive a call when the manager return. I didn’t receive a call. On 9/03 I discovered an email that was sent on 9/02. This was an insult to me. I felt like we wasn’t validated. Although, I did receive an apology through email, it wasn’t personalized the email didn’t even address me by my name. If it was a misspelling of her name I would’ve accepted and email apology being that it was something this severe I don’t feel like that was an appropriate way to apologize. Honestly, I don’t even know how this matter will be better for me. Another cake? Absolutely not! This company lacks safety and health. In order for that to happen whoever prepared the cake bit their fingernail and spat it out!!!! What?!! Today is 9/07, I gave more than enough time for management to contact me and try to resolve this matter. After the email, I replied and still haven’t heard anything. Management obviously don’t care so I wanted to make customers aware of this.

It saddens me to leave this review. I've been going to this establishment for 5 years while living in San Diego. So imagine how geeked I was to learn there was one around the corner from home here on North Fry Rd, Cypress TX. I've been there 4 times since I moved here and always had good service. Today I went right before they closed and people came rushing in for last minute orders. Jennifer was my cashier. I selected my items and showed her my birthday coupon via email on my phone as my Birthday is tomorrow & they will be closed. She immediately asked me for my ID. I politely declined because no where on the gift does it state show ID. I advised her that when I give her my phone number my info will pull up in the system and I gave my full name. As stated it did and she was still pressing about my ID. Then she said so I guess you're going to use this on this as well order. Hummmmm one would guess since it was for 1 free cupcake & I was purchasing more. Now was it really that serious!!! What was I going to do. Stick her up with my phone. She's lucky I didn't leave everything in the store and walk out. But I always get one for my birthday so why let her spoil it. People really need to stop profiling people just because they're stuck on color. Its disgusting and down right appalling. The funny part is all the customers were black so I wonder if she asked them for their ID as well. Well thank you Jennifer!!!! You received the Donkey of The Day!!!! I will not be returning. I can spend my money somewhere else. I did want to try out Lucy Pearl bakery. I'll be taking my black bucks to black owned businesses.In response to the company. When to location on Louetta Rd. to buy two cakes. I picked out the cakes I wanted and was going to pay for them. The girl told me they couldn’t take cash. I told her I forgot my wallet and all I had was cash. She told me she couldn’t take cash. Wow that crazy…..guess I will take my cash somewhere else.
