Nothing Bundt Cakes

This by far has to be the most delicious Bundt Cake and first time trying it ever! The taste was so moist and delicious. I will highly come back or order online. I was gifted these cupcake things a couple days ago and said I had to make a good review. I am very excited to try them again.

First time here. I got the white choc raspberry and carrot cake. WCR was delicious - no notes! Bravo! Cloud 9! Then came the crash, the carrot cake. First bite - stale. I’m underwhelmed but the generous icing is making up for it. I had eaten about half the cake when I realized why it was stale. There was a hole in the bottom of the Bundt. At this point, I was a little grossed out…..What if something got in it? 🤢Into the trash it goes. Lesson here is to inspect the packaging for defects before you walk out.

Came here to get a free bundlet for my 27th birthday when I downloaded the app. I went with the lemon and wow it exceeded my expectations. The texture of the cake and icing were soo good! They also have cute candles you can purchase right there in store. I got this cute heart sparkler there. Definitely will be back.

Over a week ago I visited this location, I purchased 3 individual cakes and one of them had a hair in it. I called the store and the store asked me to send them an email of a picture of the hair and that they would contact the owners. It's been now a week and I have not heard back from the owners nor the manager. I visited the store as I needed to purchase another cake and asked for an update regarding my previous inquiry. The lady at the front went to the back to consult the manager, the manager did not come out. Not once to greet me or to address my concern. The lady in the front was her Messenger and stated that the manager will be contacting the owners. I continued to wait. However, the manager never came out of the back room. At that point since I was waiting for too long, I asked if I can have the manager give me a call. Yet to receive a call......
