Nothing Bundt Cakes

Came here to get a free bundlet for my 27th birthday when I downloaded the app. I went with the lemon and wow it exceeded my expectations. The texture of the cake and icing were soo good! They also have cute candles you can purchase right there in store. I got this cute heart sparkler there. Definitely will be back.

Over a week ago I visited this location, I purchased 3 individual cakes and one of them had a hair in it. I called the store and the store asked me to send them an email of a picture of the hair and that they would contact the owners. It's been now a week and I have not heard back from the owners nor the manager. I visited the store as I needed to purchase another cake and asked for an update regarding my previous inquiry. The lady at the front went to the back to consult the manager, the manager did not come out. Not once to greet me or to address my concern. The lady in the front was her Messenger and stated that the manager will be contacting the owners. I continued to wait. However, the manager never came out of the back room. At that point since I was waiting for too long, I asked if I can have the manager give me a call. Yet to receive a call......

Cakes still good. Service not so much. Placed an order online. I didn’t pick up in the date requested. However, when I called in regards to my order they had no records order being placed, even though I had order number and receipt. Ordered showed in the following day. Strange!?!? Yes. I requested a refund. After not receiving it, I check receipt and noticed the card that was refunded to, was not my card. Yes, I should have verified the card, but assumed it would go back to the card I paid. That’s how it usually works. Go back to the store with my issue. I’m informed there’s nothing they can do being a refund has been issued, even though it wasn’t issued to my card. ??‍♀️ The manager said she would need to discuss matter with another manager, who will call me within an hour. It’s been almost two hours as I’m writing this review. I’m disappointed, more so, because I felt dismissed and that my matter is not a big deal. I guess not being in the only one out of sixty dollars.

Literally obsessed with this place. On this day I had the confetti bundtlet and it exceeded my expectations. Bonus: if you fill out the survey from the bottom of the receipt (online survey), you get an email coupon for buy one get one free. That makes it 2 bundlets for a total of $5.50. Such a good deal. The store is very clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Love this place and I’ve tried almost every flavor (minus the seasonal ones) and they never disappoint.

As A Black Costumer I Was Made To Feel Uncomfortable Simply My Choice Of Payment Was A REAL HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL Whive The Young Lady checked whickywas completely fine and fair But I Was Then Asked To Pay In Card Which I Didn’t Have available at the I Was I Had To Walk Across Street and the surrounding area to get change for a hundred to spend with there business because the manager did not want to go n a SAFE FOR CHANGE OR THOUGHT I WAS A CRIMINAL….i was clearly embarrassed at it best do better

Awesome place. The manager made my issue right. Great service and moist and delicious cakes I've been to other locations and their cakes are not cooked all the way but this place values the customers and they give the best. My family always looks forward to their cakes.

My sister and went to buy two cakes today . Total was $95. We went to pay with a 100 dollar bill. We were told she would not take the 100 bill. Ridiculous. We literally had to leave to a corner store down the street and get change. By the way the corner store made change for us. I know because were Hispanic women, we got treated unfairly. We only went back to gets two cakes due to her birthday request.

Terrible customer service from this location and I will not be placing future orders. Do better!
