I am very disappointed in the [lack of] service I received from Nothing Bundt Cakes. On my birthday, my family and I took time and gas to drive to my designated location to attempt to purchase a few bundt cakes. At 6:10pm, I found the lights on, the doors locked. Then the staff, while hiding behind/peaking over the barn doors, mouthed “we’re closed” despite the sticker on the door stating 7:00pm as the closing time. I will not return to the Voss location (nor recommend it to others) since this isn’t the first time this has happened. Nothing Bundt Cakes - Voss please update your closing times in the app, on the website, on Google, and on your door.

I recently ordered a birthday cake for my son, and not only was it absolutely delicious, but the presentation was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Their team was warm, efficient, and genuinely committed to making the celebration special.
What impressed me even more was their generosity and community spirit. They graciously donated a cake voucher as a silent auction item for WIN All Else Fails fundraiser, helping us raise critical support for families of children with special needs. Their kindness and willingness to give back truly set them apart.
I am incredibly grateful for their impeccable service, delicious cakes, and big-hearted contribution. I will absolutely continue supporting Nothing Bundt Cakes (Voss location) and highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their special moments even sweeter!

I've been to this store now three times and the cakes we ate were much more than just delicious and consistent in overall quality. This, and the professional courtesy from the lady at the counter each of the times I was there have all earned my five star review. I do not award this to just anyone, only to the truly deserving. If you've never had the opportunity to enjoy (I'm willing to say everything they make) what comes from these folks then so sad for you. I've got a good friend who is basically a Girl Friday for a shipping company and buys treats for birthday acknowledgements. And what a treat these cakes make. With that said, let me give compliments to Laura. She's the perfect touch to the sweet things they offer, with one of those genuine personalities making that front counter shine.
Chastity is always so helpful and kind. I watch her often walk newbies through the variety of flavors and sizes. Thanks girl for being you!

Directions for delivery were not followed; my guest did not accept the order “not knowing the recipient”. 6 calls to store finally reached a real person.Items were not returned to store. Refund issued this am less the tip!! I didnt employ Uber!! The store should refund the tip and consult with Uber! Poor communication cost me a tip, no product and a bad review for online service with Voss Rd location!!

Their cakes are always fresh, delicious, and beautifully made, but what makes this location stand out is the kindness and professionalism of their team.
