Nothing Bundt Cakes

I've always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes because the cakes are consistently fresh and delicious — that part has never been an issue. However, this particular location on Wallisville Rd continues to fall short in ways that are hard to overlook.
First off, not having basic items like utensils and napkins available is unacceptable, especially when customers are ordering to-go. That should be a standard, not a luxury.
What really bothers me, though, is the unwelcoming atmosphere. Every time I walk in, I’m met with uncomfortable stares, blank expressions, and a vibe that makes me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I’m not sure if it’s a “me” thing or something deeper, but it’s noticeable — and it’s definitely not how I’m treated at other NBC locations.
This store seriously needs to work on customer service and basic hospitality. If this doesn’t change soon, I won’t hesitate to take my business elsewhere and share my experience more publicly. Loyal customers deserve better.

The cake today was old tasting like it's been in the fridge 2 weeks. Sham on this location I've never experienced this from any other. Needless to say this is going in the trash where it should have been already.

I love this location off Wallisville Road in Houston! They always have great specials and super fast service. I had a great experience with Reyna and Jennifer—both young ladies were incredibly helpful and had such positive, welcoming attitudes. It's always a pleasure coming here. Keep up the great work! The cakes are delicious!!

First time to order here. I go to the Kingwood location near our place but this is the one closest to my work and I needed to get one for my aunt who is celebrating her bday, I went ahead and ordered online and picked it up there.
To my dismay, the cake I usually order was a little small (not fluffy) and did not look the same size as what a 10 inch cake must be. I told the cashier that it did not look big enough as what they usually have , so she got a cake sampler from their cabinet. She told me they were the same but I insisted that yes they are both 10 inch but there is a big difference with how “tall and fluffy/expanded” it was. Manager was called and replaced it after I insisted too. I waited for a few minutes and they gave me a new one, hence the 3 stars. Manager/chef did not go out again to talk to me anymore. Hopefully, nothing horrible was done on the cake (licking, tampering, etc) while she prepared the replacement.
I will still order from NBC but not from this store.

They have no spoons no napkins at a cake shop the lady at the register was no help didn’t even try. I asked her for a spoon she said she didn’t have any I was like ok,so i asked her for a napkin and she said no they don’t have any..she didn’t even try to be helpful the napkin we’re right behind her she has such a bad customer Service,in no way did she ever try to help..never coming back

I’ve been a big fan of NBC for years but I finally got one close to me which is this location at Wallisville near Beltway 8. I registered the App, very easy and placed my first order through the app for pickup. It was ready in 15 minutes. The staff (Reyna) at the register was very friendly and helpful. My order was ready for pickup when I got there on a Friday afternoon. I will be coming back for many more occasions.

Sent son to pick up order in North shore...usually use Baytown, so I know it's my fault. Only gave him one set of order. They don't care. Very disappointed. Had to go back and get the rest of my order. Never a problem with Baytown.

I love this store!!

I initially went for a coupon I had and got the red velvet & lemon raspberry. Upon opening the bag at home I had a red velvet and classic vanilla.

While I wasn’t too thrilled I went back with the vanilla to exchange for the lemon raspberry and upon entering the store and explaining what happened, to who I believe was the manager, I showed my receipt and got my bunt cake but still got to keep the vanilla!

Thank you for righting that wrong! Will be frequenting this store more often!!
