This place is not very inviting or engaging. It’s definitely not a female welcoming place, at least not during the day. They didn’t have Grey Goose. My husband scanned the menu and it stated that they have Stella Artois but the bartender said they don’t serve Stella. They do not have any beers on tap. They are showing the same football game on every TV. There is a pickleball court that you can rent for 40 an hour. We have been here for 30 minutes and any couple and/or woman that has came in, turned around and left. The bartender is not very engaging or knowledgeable. The food is highly over priced. Inside is spacious and has adequate seating but just not a friendly atmosphere. This is definitely a guy atmosphere. They automatically add a 20% gratuity on your bill and then when you receive your bill, they have a place for “additional tip”…

Overpriced drinks, charging for parking in the middle of the day and with a small parking lot. Perhaps that is "the downtown way". I won't be returning, as the bartender was not confident in making drinks she was unfamiliar with and instead of making a suggestion, she attempted to make me a green tea. A lot of places are adding automatic gratuity and that's unfortunate, so what should've been $8-$10, but was nearly $15, smh. The atmosphere was nice though, big layout, very spacious, with a pickle ball court outside and private cabana areas. I like it from that point of view, but perhaps consider some drink specials on game days and come up with a reason people other than those in walking distance would want to come. I won't be back.

Made a resveration here on the wrong day for two hours which is $80. I called immediately to have it canceled which they said they would and never did. I tried to follow up 3 times and no answer.

I played pickleball here for my friend’s birthday party and it was a great experience! There is only one court but you can reserve it online. Since we were new at the sport we ended up hitting hitting the ball outside of the fence and having to get it back ourselves. Perhaps they can upgrade the fence height to make it more beginner friendly. The bar inside itself is okay also. Very casual here and decent vibes. I am rating 3/5 stars because there was a “Valet” or parking lot person at the front of the parking lot trying to charge me 30$ to park but ended up negotiating it down to $20. The parking lot had a lot of space also. This was pretty sketchy but the overall experience turned out well.

This place is a VIBE! I went here for my birthday and had an awesome time. The food wasn’t the best but the drinks were flowing! My favorite is the pineapple margarita! I also had a lemon drop and it was good too. The atmosphere and the games are great! I will be attending again. It’s a great hangout spot. The DJ was decent. Club music.

This place has potential due to the mimosa carafe and the indoor/outdoor vibe with pickleball and other games available but the service is 0/10. We sat at a table and had to order from the bar because nobody came to serve us after 20 mins of waiting. After sitting for an hour and finishing our carafe and food THEN the waitress comes to ask us if we needed something. Laughable!

Been a loyal Customer of 40Love / 40all since opening. Tonight was refused service by a new tall Asian bouncer who said he was 'Alex' he insulted my apperance in general, then said no shorts allowed. As a club with a Pickleball court this makes no sense. Witnesses many other customers walking in and out with shorts and attire way less clean than mine. Every previous visit I was Welcomed, spend $200 at the bar on Average and loved the Venue. Now with 'Alex's' defining attitude with a near empty venue, I will not be taking my business back thereValet was not pilote or welcoming either. $40 they were charging and the Lot was not near fullFWIW- don't take your business to this establishment especially if you Pickleball. 2 Thumbs down.
