This place has potential due to the mimosa carafe and the indoor/outdoor vibe with pickleball and other games available but the service is 0/10. We sat at a table and had to order from the bar because nobody came to serve us after 20 mins of waiting. After sitting for an hour and finishing our carafe and food THEN the waitress comes to ask us if we needed something. Laughable!

Been a loyal Customer of 40Love / 40all since opening. Tonight was refused service by a new tall Asian bouncer who said he was 'Alex' he insulted my apperance in general, then said no shorts allowed. As a club with a Pickleball court this makes no sense. Witnesses many other customers walking in and out with shorts and attire way less clean than mine. Every previous visit I was Welcomed, spend $200 at the bar on Average and loved the Venue. Now with 'Alex's' defining attitude with a near empty venue, I will not be taking my business back thereValet was not pilote or welcoming either. $40 they were charging and the Lot was not near fullFWIW- don't take your business to this establishment especially if you Pickleball. 2 Thumbs down.

Constant nuisance to the apartments in the area after 2am in WEEKDAY, which definitely illegal. Noise level is often way above what's allowed by their noise permit. It's pretty miserable living nearby.Making so much noise that everyone in a two block radius hates you isn't a difficult problem to solve.

Pretty chill place to grab a few drinks and hangout. Music is a bit loud inside if you’re trying to have a conversation, but sound level is good outside. Plenty of games to play including jenga, beer pong, and pickleball. Drinks are STRONG.

Great atmosphere, great drink, and good food. The only downfall about this place is the hookah service. We came on a slow night to support a friend and they charged us $45 for a hookah (which is fine) , but since it was slow, they came up to us and said they had to take the hookah back because theyre leaving. No refund or at least offer us half off of what we paid. Money hungry people knew they were leaving but still took our money. Im all about supporting people but this is bad business. We will not come back

Was a fun and chill spot. Definitely a place to visit with a date or friends. I went by myself and could definitely be used as just a hangout spot. Arcade games, one court outside, and super cute swings. They even have hookah on the patio. Did not try the food. I think they have food trucks outside. No parking esp on weekends. Have to park on street.

We are from out of town and were looking for a good wing spot. Decided to give 40 Love a chance and I'm so glad we did. It's a very spacious place with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. There's numerous tv's spread around if you're trying to catch any games. The staff was very kind and attentive. Everything from the bar to the bathroom were were very clean. And last but certainly not least, the wings were amazing. My fiancé ordered the Buffalo and I ordered the lemon pepper. We both loved our wings. They were so crispy and very flavorful. You can tell they use good quality meat. My fiancé also had a drink from the bar and said it was great and worth the price. We will definitely be back when we're in town again.

The place was super dope however, it lacks food options, and they should have a little bit more servers even though our server was great, however she was extremely busy. I ordered some onion rings and they were undercooked and disgusting . The cheese sticks were bomb! I must say the drinks are really good. The Michelada was one of the best Michelada I’ve ever had in Houston so that’s a plus then the coffee martini was exceptional. Definitely go back however, I would go eat first food is not good! I have a great food idea for this place! Maybe have a good truck outside with variety! Tacos go hard when tipsy!
