I got Hills (small) lychee ice with mango syrup and fresh watermelon. The shaved ice was soft and fluffy with an Intense flavor that reminds me of sorbet made with fresh fruit. Next to the artificial sweet ice and syrup the watermelon seemed a little bland. I would try a bolder fruit like pineapple or mango next time, or one of the other topping items. It was a nice serving size for one.

If you have never had Taiwanese shaved ice, you have no idea what you are missing! It is incredibly delicious and unique.
Chaves NU ice was awesome! Definitely get the large and share with the family we got strawberry shaved ice, topped with bananas and oreos with chocolate drizzle, price and service on point, will return
We haven’t found a milk tea that tastes as good and the bobas as soft and warm! It’s our go to for milk tea!
Great place to hang out. Taste is good. Customer service is friendly. 2 Mountains for $18.

First time trying this place and I will be back for other menu items. Was not crowded on a Tuesday afternoon and customer service was very good and fast. Place looked clean. Calm and pleasant ambiance. My taro drink was perfect!
Visited a couple times for their fruit drinks. I like them, and their service is super friendly.

I had the Thai tea with boba which was very good and the boba balls had a nice honey touch to them.

Definitely worth the price. Based on size and flavor. Asked for amount for 2 ppl and still had plenty of leftover, thankfully we had others with us who helped us finish it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Came in at 10:30 PM and the cashier refused to serve shaved ice, even though the couple in front of me ordered it and they close at midnight. Just lazy and completely unprofessional.
The ices are AMAZING. Delicious and fun. Not much in the way of ambience but you will be sorry I f you miss out on these fabulous desserts!
