Nu Ice & Drinks is a great spot for sweet treats and refreshing drinks. Their shaved ice is creamy and flavorful, and the milk teas — especially the brown sugar milk tea — are crowd favorites. The staff are friendly and the place is clean, though it can get busy during evenings. A solid choice if you’re craving something cold and sweet!

This was is my first time coming to this place & I had no idea how the service worked. Upon arrival I was prompted to fill out a form with which flavors and toppings I wanted etc. and I was asked to put my name on it. When an order that looked similar/ exactly like mine was ready, a woman called it out NOT by my name but by the flavor/ name of the ice cream & I grabbed it, no name was called out whatsoever. Then some other woman wearing a mask comes out and waves at me with an attitude saying that wasn’t my order. I understand I should’ve doubled checked but considering the order looked exactly like mine and my name wasn’t called out, I don’t believe it’s 100% on me. What’s the point of using the forms if you’re not going to call the order out by the customer’s name. I also understand people have long days but the attitude was completely unnecessary.

Just had the green tea shaved ice with strawberries and sweet milk and OMG, it was amazing! If you’re a matcha fan or just wanna cool off with something super tasty, this is the spot. Sweet, creamy, and refreshing all in one. highly recommend!
