The mountain size is the perfect amount for three people and it's actually very large - the number one ice combo and an additional topping (95cents) came around to $12. However, the tables were very dirty when we sat down but also understandable since it was late at night and only one person working.

The snow shaving ice looked very pretty. The green tea ice combo, mountain size, was ordered. The combo came with the boba and pudding at side. It tasted great with the green tea flavor. It’s nice sweet treat after dinner.The cashier (probably the owner) was friendly and polite. You will need to order and pay at the cash counter and pick up the order by yourself as well.Vegetarian options: The shaving ice is mostly for vegetarian.Parking: The parking lot was big but shared with lots of stores and restaurants as well. It’s kind of difficult to find the parking. You will need to circle around. Also, remember to lock the doors of the vehicles; it looked not quite safe in this plaza.

Without a doubt, this place has some of the most refreshing and delicious frozen treats I’ve tasted in a long time! The shaved ice is prepared to order, and it’s literally layered with delicious, thin blankets of soft, fruity ice. And you get a lot! This stuff is so good, and the lady working the register is very friendly to everyone. After tax, it’s about $7-10 depending on what size you get. Super unique concept! I wouldn’t change a thing

My aunt and cousins came from out of town and really wanted shaved ice. We were debating whether it was worth it to go all the way in bellaire when I found this place! First impressions: The area gets super packed depending on the time and day you're going. It's right next to oh my Gogi (one of my fave food places) and spotlight karaoke that gets packed on the weekends and nights. We came during the day and there were only 30min parking spaces available for us. Service: Servers were very friendly and our drinks/shaved ice came out pretty fast. Food/Drinks: I got the Vietnamese iced coffee. It was okay, not my favorite, but it wasn't bad. I think the real saving grace here is the shaved ice. You're able to customize it to your liking and it tastes pretty good. We went for two chocolate type ones and were pretty satisfied (these are smalls btw). Definitely would come back, especially since I live super close!

First time to Nu Ice and we were not disappointed! The customer service was great and they made our order quickly and with care. We had the ice combo 1 with vanilla ice, strawberries, Oreos, cream and Nutella. It was an amazing treat that hit the spot after a long day. This was a huge dessert and 4 of us shared it. The menu was huge and we will definitely be back to try some new items. Great spot with great staff!

Pros: service was quick and friendly. Prices were fair. Something fun and different than a standard cup up ice cream.Cons: flavors fell a bit flat. I ordered three different flavors and none of them really wowed me. The shop floors and several tables were quite sticky.A unique dessert that, unfortunately, just didn't hit the mark for me. But worth a try to decide for yourself!

It's okay the slushy and smoothie alright and I wish it had less sugar? But the presentation seemed cheap and smelled kinda weird... I went outside with my friend to get out, but there was a customer smoking outside in the front and I just had to leave after that.
I went out with my friends on a Thursday Evening for dessert to enjoy drinks and shaved ice. However, throughout the whole experience, there was a woman in uniform (blue shirt with a badge on their sleeve and black pants) who was sitting across from us at the counter area looking directly at us for the last 30 minutes. As soon as we left the establishment, the lady walked out of the store. I would like to think they were a third-party security team working in the plaza, but that did not explain their actions. I felt unsafe and confused during the experience, and I would like to understand what was going on. I moderately enjoyed the drinks and shaved ice, but this experience has made me lost interest in coming back to this franchise.
