What would Keith Lee say… “I don’t see why there isn’t a line out this door” everything from the service, food, and hospitality. My first time here was such a great experience and I know it won’t be my last. Gonna be my new go to spot for lunch when I stop in Houston. OMG PLEASEEEEE NEVER GO HERE!!! As soon as we walked in all the light were off in the front no one to greet us for 10 mins while we waiting looking at the menu, whenever somebody finally did come out to greet he has a attitude telling us we can order at the new kiosk machine & went straight to back w/o even explaining what to do. we had to figure everything out by ourself. his attitude was nasty from the JUMP! we ordered out food but was very confused bc my bfs order said choose you side of vegetables but no choice of side came up so we went back & separately added green beans. mind you there was nobody out there to explain to us either. we order to food went outside and had to wait 25 minutes for food. when my bf back inside to get the food he calmly explained he didn’t want 2 side of green beans (which was $5 each) can we substitute it for a lemonade ($3) since it was already paid for & we’d give the extra side of green beans back. then he started getting irate talking to us like children( we grown) calling us all type of bomboclats blah blah threatening to fight my bf for a simple misunderstanding that could’ve had a simple solution. just to get home & the green beans was trash & mac & cheese was DRY as hell. i had to add milk to mac & cheese just move it apart. ? food & service used to be cool when they had the girl upfront. feels like the cutting prices & the service & food is worst off for it! i wouldn’t recommend to a dog.

Rude service, bad food and it is very overpriced in comparison to the other restaurants that sells the same type of food. The last time I ordered from this restaurant the food was so bad that I could not even eat it , i had to throw it away.
