I’ve been coming here over 10 years and today was the first day I’ve experienced horrible customer service. Super shocked and will likely not come again.
I have to be honest and say that they have amazing snowballs, hence the 2 stars. The best on the north side. But customer service is way more important than anything to me.
Don’t expect great service anymore. I hate this so much.

Love the cones but if the young girl with glasses is working don’t expect them to be made the same. You can tell she never wants to be there and closes 30min to an hour early on her shifts. Beside that, best around!

Be sure you have cash. Please don't use your debit card. In the window it says a .50 charge on debit card. I bought a $3 snowcone and they charged me $4.33 so never no more. Overall the snowcones are

This place is really good! They give a really good amount of syrup, not too little, not too much. I like when the son or mom makes them, the dad is heavy handed on the juice lol I love family businesses, most times when it’s a family business everyone is on one accord. I love the snowball lady’s customer

So, So, So, So, Sooooooo good!!!!! I love them. Let me tell you, next best thing since "Poor Leonards". I wish there was one closer to me. I travel from Spring Branch to you EVERY SINGLE time I want a snowcone. Don't change a thing! Except maybe make a second location on Gessner and Westray... just saying... big parking lot, lot of traffic... hongry, not hungry, people here all the time!!! You would have BANK in your pocket!!!! Please consider! Seriously!!
