The restaurant has potential, but my experience was mixed. They strongly emphasize a business casual dress code, yet once inside, it didn't seem to be enforced consistently. It felt a little frustrating to make the extra effort when others clearly didn't. The atmosphere was also much noisier than expected for a place aiming for an upscale vibe. It was hard to hold a conversation without raising our voices. On the positive side, the food was solid and the service was friendly, but overall the ambiance didn't match what they advertise. Not a bad place, but definitely room for improvement.

Me and my bestfriend came to celebrate her birthday and I can't say enough good things about Okto! The staff was so friendly/ welcoming/ informative/ attentive. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was just as amazing. We can wait to come back and try all of the other menu items!

The food was great, no complaints there. But the staff… interesting, and not in a good way. There was this weird vibe, like we didn’t quite belong? From the bartender to our server, the energy just felt judgy. It’s wild to get attitude while I’m here dining for leisure and you’re literally working lol. Anyway, food was tasty but the vibes were definitely off.
