I received the #22 for a Christmas gift. it was out of round, and the top and bottom would not match up without a significant gap. I contacted them, and they sent me a BRAND NEW ONE! Amazing customer service!
I recently discovered Old Smokey and became highly stoked to see a made in the USA product that is affordable and awesome. Thank you Old Smokey! Your product (18” grill with thermometer and lid hanger) enabled me to reverse sear prime ribeye steaks to perfection.
I've had my grill about 5 year's it worked wonderful until last year, the bottom burned out. I wish I could afford to purchase another but I can't right now. I have the big Smokey grill and my advice is remove all charcoal when done using, keep screws tighten up and cover in winter. Overall I loved my grill.
