This is the only place in Houston that I have found to have authentic kolaches. They have a great variety of fruit and cream cheese flavors and if you like cinnamon rolls, these are the best around.

Absolutely ridiculous! I come here 3 times a week and everything has always been great. Sunday the dough was horrible, it was so dry and stale I could not even eat it. I told the rude worker and she refused to give me a refund saying the owner was not there. $30 for stale Kolaches I didn’t even eat. I won’t be coming back ever again and that’s $100 a week they are loosing.

If I could give this place a 0.5 I would. I came here a year ago and the drastic change is horrible, kolaches taste nothing like how they were and are 75% bread. Only thing is customer service remains the same.

wow, are they proud of their kolaches $3.50 for one sausage and cheese kolache are you kidding me? I won’t be coming back until your prices are more reasonable. I spent $20 on six kolaches. What a Rip off

The fruit kolaches 100% authentic Czech. My mother and her parents were 100% Czech, so I kinda know. The meat kolaches are a Texasized/Mexi variation. Never get them, not Czech. You want Texas? Go to a BBQ! Want Mex (Tex-Mex) go to a Mexican place. Zillions of both in Houston. Olde Towne Kolaches PRIMO for fruit kolaches :)

I came in here with my coworker and I wasn’t suppose to be eating stuff like this bc I’m trying to eat healthy. I got one of the cheese danish…….lorttttttttt I saw heaven. So delicious I went back and bought the packet of dozen danishes ??‍♀️ ate all of them in 2 days. Had to restart my diet the following week definitely recommend this place ❤️

i absolutely love this place. i would come here every day if i could. it's family owned. the last owner works there with her son. it's clean, well priced, and the kolaches are the best i have ever had. you must try the bacon and cheese as well as the blueberry cream cheese. also, if you're on a budget, she sells cheap bags of kolaches of a mixed variety that were prepared the day before that didn't sell. the owner is very sweet and makes a point to really get to know her regular customers. i went in the other day, and hadn't been in awhile, and she was so happy to see me.

the lady who answered the phone on Mother’s Day was very rude and had a very ugly attitude, considering I’m from out of town and drove all the way over here to get some kolaches. I was also told by the owner prior that I could order them 45 mins before pick up and they would make them and she said no. I have been a very loyal customer since the one on 290, I will still be coming back but I would just like to state she’s rude.
