Overall experience was not good, but definitely could be better. I ordered an Italian wedding soup and a cup of coffee. The soup got to me in about 20 minutes which I was ok waiting for. HOWEVER, I still have not received the coffee I ordered and paid for. It’s been about 60 minutes and of course I’ll update if I ever get it. (Time of this review 2:51pm, Friday September 22; order placed on same day at 1:04pm)
Service was fast. Portions for everything were small: the paninis, the sodas, the cocktails. Everything was airport expensive. The paninis were good but not much more than you can do at home and the chips were so-so. The waiters passed several times but once food was delivered never asked if we needed anything else so I don't know if sodas are refilled for free. Probably would not come back here next time I'm at this airport.

I definitely can see why there are lower reviews though, and it has nothing to do with the food or service but everything to do with the confusing ordering process. I’m 23 and am very comfortable with online ordering, contactless service, and QR codes but I don’t think the older generations can say the same....
