Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Olive Garden is nice Italian moderate restaurant with lot of variety and options for all kinds including vegetarians. Spacious and good seating with good parking space outside. The food is good, service is awesome and desserts are yummy.

I ordered the soup as an appetizer but the server brought it out with the salad. I did ask if she could take it back and bring it when my friend’s lasagna was served and she did. But our salad was drenched in salad dressing, it was almost disgusting. I asked if she could bring us a salad without all the dressing and she did replace it with a salad without dressing on the side. I would not return to this location due to the slow service and it place was practically empty.

I got the Chicken & Gnocchi and Fettuccini Alfredo; both were good and filling. Great service. Cedrick was a wonderful waiter. He was quick, attentive, and friendly.

We came during a busy period and the hostess seemed stressed and frazzled. She was surprisingly and unnecessarily rude when we asked about moving to a different table. She set the tone and talked down to us in a manner that was suspicious for racism. We started to leave but we decided the hostess likely had her own personal issues that needed to worked through. We chose not to let poor toxic behavior worsen our experience. The waiter, Minh though was very mannerable and respectful. He was 5 star. Will just use UberEats next.

I was really disappointed on my last visit. The entire restaurant had a strong, disgusting smell, like sewage or rotten eggs — the same smell that has been all over Richmond lately. Every time we tried to take a bite of our food, we could literally taste the smell in the air. It completely ruined the experience.

I’ve never had this issue at any other Olive Garden. The staff was nice, but the odor inside the restaurant was unbearable. I hope management looks into this because it was not possible to enjoy our meal with that smell everywhere.

Good food and good services. They were very generous with the portions...of course my eyes were bigger than my stomach.

I had a great time at the restaurant. I came specifically for the toasted ravioli and they didn't disappoint. They came out hot and fresh! The service was outstanding! The place was busy, but Deseree was intentional about getting my order in, and getting my food out very quick. Ill definitely be back to visit soon

Deseree was one of the best, most attentive servers I've ever had eating at any restaurant ever. She was the sweetest thing, and helped our party out with everything before we could even ask, bringing refills and the like before we could even think of it. Every server should strive to be like her, and hopefully we'll have her on our next visit ad well. :)

Everyone at this location was super nice and hospitable. Our waiter was Stephanie and she was a rockstar. Always making sure our drinks were filled, our food tasted good, and kept checking in on us! Over all, our experience at this location was great!

I love Jade! She did an amazing job serving our table. She is extremely attentive and was a breath of fresh air compared to other restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!
