Yesterday, Sunday, April 14, 2024, I went to eat with my husband, my daughter and some friends to celebrate my husband's birthday, the waiter who served us was extremely rude, he served us very poorly, it took him a while to place our order and He left us waiting for more than 45 minutes and attended to other people who arrived after us, we arrived at 2pm, we asked for a bottle of wine and he brought it open and without asking he started to serve us the wine before bringing the food which took a while. almost an hour to serve it, FYI I had to talk to the manager and the man treated us very kindly and they brought us the food which was a little cold and we had to wait for my husband's dish for 15 more minutes, after that the waiter who He was serving us, he goes to the table and starts talking loudly to me, complaining that I had reported him to the manager and that I had made him look stupid, I didn't get up from the table and put him in his place because I don't like giving bad shows but The truth is that waiter should not be serving his customers, he is rude and disrespectful, he has no education and much less attitude to serve his diners

No one came out to give us our pickup order. We went in they said they were short staffed. My employee loaded the car herself. Purchased food for my team and two gallons of drinks. One was literally in a tub where they had to use a cup to scoop the juice from the container and pour into another cup. That's so gross. We work in health care and that's not sanitary. I'll never go back to this location.

Arrived about 815 on a Tues for dinner. Several empty parking spots.... a 30 to 35 MINUTES WAIT! I will not wait for 30 minutes on a Monday after 8p for an Olive Garden! That's absolutely ridiculous!

Giving it 5 stars because this was the best experience I’ve had at an Olive Garden! I am not a fan of Olive Garden, so for me to rave is a big deal… I’m only comparing this to other Olive Gardens not against high end or small business restaurants. The food was good! I enjoyed the soups and the chicken parmigiana. Our waiter was nice and attentive. He made suggestions and answered all our questions. The place was clean also. I would recommend people to go to this one if you are a fan of Olive Garden.
Very bad customer service because we went and were seated for 10 minutes and no one helped us and when we left the place the person who seated us thanked us. They didn't even know that the same person who seated us was always going.

I heard a lot about pastas being good at this place. I had a soup, spaghetti and meatballs, calamari. Besides the calamari which is fried and hard to make it bad, the food was subpar and not that tasty. Didn’t think the pasta was special in anyway. The prices are quite high too. $9 for a small piece of tiramisu that is mostly cream and a little bit of cake.
My mother-in law and I love the soup and salad!!!
