Food, drinks and service were excellent. Bathrooms are clean, the atmosphere is pretty nice and comfortable. I would definitely come back.The particular smell of parmesan cheese is kind of everywhere though.(In the picture: Tour of Italy)

Absolutely love the service and staff here. As well as the atmosphere. Food I ordered got a little messed up but after some fixing it was corrected. It was different than what I remembered having before but it still wasn't bad.
Olive Garden at 14231 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77044The food was hot...Spinach & Artichoke Dip was served piping hot..(which is the proper way it should be served..if its not send it back have them redo it)..We ordered 3 Tour of Italy's ,they were also served hot.(caution plate should be hot to the touch) Shrimp Carbonara was hot and delicious. Lastly Fetucini Alfredo with Chicken was delicious..good flavors for all our plates. We frequent Olive Garden , so we know when something is not right with our food. Lastly Salad was on point and Breadsticks were good..!! Good experience overall. Our waitress was very attentive of our needs...Thank you Lakeitra..(I believe was her name, I am bad with names) Even my unsweet tea tasted fresh!! This location and as well as our other 2 Locations I have done reviews on will get our repeat bussiness..Thank you for a good experience Olive Garden..until next review.

They had a baby cockroach crawling on the table, possibly out of rolled napkins. Mgr did not seem very shocked, concerned or apolgictic. Just stated, "we do spray." They need to do a deep clean.
