Please train your staff to check on tables and not wait until everyone’s foods is ready and bring EVERYTHING at once . Drinks, appetizers and meal honestly all at once but then they don’t come back to check on you for 20-30-45min and when she went to get the order she forgot & the mgr came by & she went to go get the food . No just staff training is needed here or it might have just been an off day for our server.

I loved the ambience at this restaurant more than anything. Has a certain charm to it blending old world charm and modernity.. Lovely Italian food, lovely service. Im happy that I chanced upon visiting, it was just a random visit but loved it.

They have great customer service! My food was not delivered and the manager was nice enough to allow me to come in a get great service and replacement. As a veteran who has mobility issues and living in a neighborhood where people often take for pecuniary benefits it's very important to have honest and integral people like the employees at olive garden who are aware of the circumstances. I appreciate their cooperation and I will always eat here 😋

The food at Olive Garden is always good, and the Toscana soup was especially delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Manager Salazar came by our table a couple of times to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.

Aaron the bartender was awesome however the manager that night Mr Justin didn’t give me a pleasant experience his customer service was not top-tier I give him a 4 out of 10

Went in with my family they took us to the table couple minutes waitress comes and told us our system is down I ask for drinks he replied to me let me talk to my manager later he show up and told me they can't serve nothing no food no drinking ask so how this people will pay that they eating ready he told me he don't know so WHAT KIND IS THAT MANAGER HE COULDN'T COME AND TALK TO US IF WE PAY WITH CASH THEY COULD SERVE US SO THAT MEAN MANAGER DONT KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN THEY HIRING MANAGER DO THEY ASK THEM IF THEY KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE MANUALLY..

We met our daughter for her Birthday lunch. Our first time to visit this location. Very friendly waitress, great food & service.

Very bad service from the waiter Raul. He makes offensive comments. They shouldn't have this type of person working there. I hope they fire him. He's no longer in his country. People here have to be respected. I hope the manager does something.
