first time at this location and the service from Gabriela was perfect. she kept my glass full, checked on us often. food was great as usual and they didn't skimp out on the chicken n shrimp for the dish either

Our waitress was amazing. She was friendly and checked to make sure we were good. It was a great date night, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was great, and the drinks were so good.

I visited this restaurant in Wallisville Rd with my husband to celebrate our special day.
As always, I ordered my favorite plate salad and soup, and my husband ordered his favorite chicken Marcella.
Suddenly, the server told us that they would charge another salad because she saw my husband tried my salad. I said, "What's wrong with that, I am trying his chicken." Even when I didn't ask for extra salad, they charged me with an extra garden salad. The manager was super rude. It looks like in this location, they don't care about the customers.
Honestly, they ruined my day.
I have been eating in Olive Garden, different locations, whatever I have traveled in the USA for many years
More than ten years ago, I got merry and had a reservation with family and friends in one of Houston locations. It is just a way to say how much I love this restaurant.
I feel sorry for writing a negative review about a restaurant that I love. But, they made us feel sad and miserable 😞.

Horrible serviceee from the waiter Delila if I could I would leave 0 stars. She was giving such attitude, left are table unattended for more than 15 min, did not come when we pressed the call waiter to get the check, she did not even ask if we were okay needed something else, could not even refill are drinks, and then started making faces when we asked “ can we have more salad please” she responded with “ no because we’ll have to charge you again because ur giving your kids salad too”

I mean, it's Olive Garden.

Parking: All the parking in front is handicapped or picked up. After three visits, it's all been open, and there's no close parking for regular patrons.
