Guys let me tell you a little story after a little slow start someone pass thru my table and I ask if I could be help he did not other than the service manager at this location like always great food and today was exceptional he took care of us all the way thru drinks and delivered the food him self now that's service thank you (Sean Sullivan ) for great service in taking care of my self and my family is very much appreciated guys you know me everything is about service so I highly recommend specially if he is around great food didn't expect nothing else come and visit

Ordered the never ending pasta. Took them long to bring our first order. My family at all the bread salad and soup before our order arrived. When we ordered our second round we was brought plates that we didn't even order. We still ate it. I ordered my last plate and it never came. I just kept watching my waiter walk by. I maybe waited 15 mins before I asked for my food that they forgot about. The food was just ok. The meatballs was mushy and some of the spaghetti wasnt cooked through. The chicken was probably the best thing I tried along with the bread sticks. The lighting in the place was dimm and hard to see. Everything about this place was alright.

I went with my husband today as a pregnant lady looking for something yummy we have been going since we got married, (1) took them 10 minutes to acknowledge our table, when we got attention we order the drinks and told the server we were ready to order right away. Two lemonades, and crispy chicken alfredo (2) apparently the lady thought we were done ordering since she was about to leave and closed the ticket book without asking if we wanted something else. Nothing to worry about we stopped her and asked for the strawberry cake to go.
(3) Later was brought the chicken pasta except that the one they brought was grilled not crispy, I broke out crying due to pregnancy hormones which is totally normal and my husband called another server to bring us napkins since we did not have and to at least have my pasta replaced. (Thank you to that server, I really do appreciate you)
(4) my husband did not want to eat his pasta since I was still waiting for mines but I told him to do so or his would get cool
The server did later apologize and all good until
(5) We finished eating and asked for the strawberry cake, she did not brought it TO GO so we still have to ask to have it handed to go once again

Again my first date was at that olive, when I got married I went to that olive, my first month anniversary was at that olive and we wanted to go today since next week I’ll be getting induced next week so that we had that memory as well.

Brought my Son here for his birthday as it was his choice. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean and the food is excellent. Olive Garden has the best pasta fagioli. And the breadsticks are to die for, but you must have Alfredo sauce to dip them in.

Awesome clean professional and outstanding

Awesome experience at Olive Garden- Gulf Gate Mall. The service by Michaela was outstanding. The lunch specials were perfect portions.

I usually order twice a week but I was so sad yesterday because I order the same , shrimp and chicken carbonara and chicken Alfredo but this time my food was so dried 😞
