Overall this place is good took my mom for a late mother's day. I asked the waitress to take a pic of me and my mom but apparently she was too busy to take 2 mins out her schedule. I ordered a to go order and didn't realize I didn't get it till I got home.
Food and service was great for the night up until closing. The restaurant was closing as we were walking out after dining. Shortly after, our stomachs needed to use the restroom ASAP. A waitress approached to let us know they can't let anyone in, and we expressed that we just came out from dining and needed to use the restroom real quick and then leave. She said she'll ask for us and never came back. Instead, she left through the side/back door as I looked at her walk...

I spent years greeting guests at 🦞 so I know service standards inside and out. Last night’s Olive Garden to-go order reminded me exactly why those standards still matter.
Why it’s FIVE stars
1. Still hot after the drive home, no soggy breadsticks!
2. Cheesy lasagna and Chicken Parm were prepared to perfection, just like dining in. Soup was rich and the lettuce crisp.
