Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Terrible service had us wait almost 45 minutes and we were skipped apparently those who go online get seated first while waited. After that we get seated to tell us no more lasagna.

Run hair in an roaches crawling and they didn’t do shit or offer shit but to remake pasta I still had had to pay reached out to company. They didn’t respond back never again.

Sha is the absolute worst person you could expect to help you. I called the restaurant because they forgot a part of my order. Sha asks for a check number from the receipt. I tell her multiple times there’s no check number. She treats me as though I can’t read and says yes it is it says check with a pound sign. I tell her again there is no check ID on this receipt. She is so unwilling to help me I tell her fine I’m going to bring the receipt to you so you can show me where it is on the receipt. I arrived at the location showed her the receipt and she repeats what I said on the phone which was IT WASNT ON THERE!! Then she insults me essentially saying I didn’t tell her this and she doesn’t know what I’m remembering cause I’m lying. Since she demeaned and belittled me I asked her if she was slow. That’s when she suddenly cared about offending people and refused to process my refund even though she was holding the food I returned.

They definitely know how segregation works.... did not enjoy my experience. Yall worked my server so hard he forgot my table had meals. He had at least 4 tables of only black people. I think the manager lady with the glasses seemed to be the root of the problem.

When we arrived we were suddenly asked by a homeless man for money and a ride until a staff member came outside and stopped him from talking to us.

I’ve been coming to this location for several years, and I have never received such excellent service as I did this evening. Our waitress, Kelci M., was incredibly attentive and provided outstanding customer service. She truly made our dining experience exceptional!

I’d highly recommend this location & plan to go back. The service was superb. Too bad I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who was our waiter. This was the best service I’ve received from a restaurant in a long time especially, dining in. Even, the restroom was decent which, is always helpful. I wasn’t expecting to leave a review. Google request. By the way, their cake w/ strawberry topping is a MUST HAVE. Absolutely, delicious

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with amazing energy. The service and attention to details was awesome! My server ZAY was AMAZING. He made sure my drinks were refilled. My salad was just how I asked and everything was served perfectly. I have been to many many different Olive Gardens & this was best one I have ever been too. Thank you!
