They sat a group of 27 people right next to us..
My sister has a vestibule imbalance and the crowd was loud and people getting up and walking around taking pictures..
They stood directly in front of our table.
I told our waiter we needed to go containers because my sister couldn't handle all the noise and people walking around.
The manager refused to let our waiter move us to a different table further away from the group..

EVERYTHING IN THERE WAS AWESOME !!! This guy named Australia, was our server for the night and he was so sweet, funny and tried his hardest to speak Spanish tooo !!!! So so amazing ! The manager in this shift was also wonderful on top of everything and offering help all time !! GREAT SERVICE GUYS !!!

Great service from our server gentleman with glasses. I'm the customer who was the server with the 3 kids. I was upset with overhearing another server (mind you I've been a server for 10 plus years I understand behind the sceens) but I could hear them discussing who was going to take me. The young man with the dreads said " just so I can stay another hour? I don't think so. " totally understand that but you make sure you talk server talk behind closed doors not to where I can hear you. So our server was very happy to take us. As a server you never judge a book by it's cover. I've learned that heads on. I've heard other things but I sure do feel hurt by no one wanting to take us. I made sure my waitor was tipped generously. Without his kindness to me and my kids I would have left. Thank you sir for everything. Yup I heard everything.

I took my wife and kids there for Valentine's Day and my anniversary. Only to realize that we never received our spinach queso. I asked it to be Tashkent off the bill because it was never brought and still was charged full price on my anniversary. This breaks my heart to be stolen from. Watch your server if you go to this location...

Parking: This place has always been our little spot for myself and my wife. But i can not stand a thief.

It’s not the first time that I have missed something from my order. This last time I did call to complain about what I missed. The manager offered me to go back and get what I missed plus two more items. I was already far away from there so that didn’t work out for me. Then she offered me a gift card and I accepted it. She said that I would get it no later than 48 hours. She didn’t even ask me for my email address or phone number where to send it. A week later I called again to complain that I never received what I was told. This time I talked to a different manager and she said that what I was offered was impossible to do it because the missing item didn’t represent that much. I told her that that explanation should be given to the first manager and not to me. She kept interrupting me. I feel that the first manager I talk to lied to me just to get rid of me and the second manager was very disrespectful. The second manager said that she will open an investigation and 48 hours (again) I will get an answer. Almost two weeks from the time all this happened and still I haven’t heard anything from Olive Garden. I used to buy from this restaurant chain often and because of incompetent people you are losing another client.
