Went to the bar and the next day the tip was added with an extra $20 on a tab less than $25 Tried to resolve the issue multiple times and still haven’t been able to Would not trust their bartenders Always check your receipts with this place

Always a great experience here. This is a huge bar with multiple free games available. Great to come as a group or for events. The bar staff is always friendly and their prices are fair.

Tried to overcharge me with beer. When I asked the bartender about the amount he immediately got irritate and had security escort me out. Safe to say they overcharge and hope the customer doesn’t notice, and when they do notice, they get their employees to immediately clear the threat.

It's a REALLY relaxed atmosphere. Door men to the Bar were great ppl. It's a big space, so you don't have to worry about smelling like a cigarette when you leave. The food was not available and nor was Johnnie Walker Black label. Man said "we are not that fancy". Would of thought I asked for Blue label. But for being that big and only having 3 pool tables was a let down. Whole middle spot is... a Dance floor? Enjoyed the basketball arcade but half the balls were deflated. Could be a great spot....

Crawfish out front was great. The female behind the bar was short and a little rude, but she could've been having a bad day, so I don't want to have my rating based on that interaction solely. Will try again. The male bartender was very nice and efficient despite the bar being a little busy. Service dog friendly and ADA accessible. Will come back

I have been here at least 5-6 times now and I have never had a negative experience until last night. Went with my wife, her friend, and two of my best friends. Was destined to be a great night but instead it turned out to be a disaster thanks to the manager (or bartender?) Kreig. First, we came in and the bouncer guy asked for ID’s and then we just sat ourselves. Afterwards, Kreig approached us with a very hostile and aggressive attitude. He asked for our ID’s but we informed him that the guy from the front already checked us. However, he refused to believe us and said “That’s irrelevant, you need to check with me, the guy at the front should know that too and I’m going to yell at him”. I thought that was strange because how are we supposed to know that? His tone was very harsh and unprofessional. He also spent several minutes yelling at my wife for no reason. Kreig was solely responsible for ruining our night. We were all distraught, so we decided to leave and went to Sportin’ Woody’s. Will not be returning ever again which is ashame because it was one of my favorite bars in Houston.

My brother and I went last Sunday, conservative and probably are worth more than the owners. We were waiting on drinks and were bombarded by a group of Caucasian people and the bartender , white make with a ball cap completely ignored us. I think this is one of the last “strongholds” of Cypress are since the demographic shift is happening. Need better service for all patrons .

I had so much fun, I do recommend coming here. I played games with random guys.. bartenders looked out for moi.. I went to have fun, and I did.
This place is terrible. The bar manager tried picking a fight with my girlfriend and made a scene while screaming across the huge empty bar. Aside from that, even though the place is always empty, the service is lacking and it feels like the staff spends more time talking and drinking with friends rather than caring for the few unlucky customers that make it through the door. It seems to me that, if I was managing a huge bar with only a few people there at any one time, that I would try to do my job in a manner that would entice people to stay and want to come back. I think the bar might have potential if put under new management. Regardless, I’m never going back.
