The cook doesn't care about the customers and they are liars they said they could and would make me a special order but the cook left then came back and said she couldn't make it. Customer service is trash

I've probably ordered about 4 times and will continue to do so, it's amazing and they also seal your food well for your protection if you order from them through Doordash. The best african restaurant in houston, the food is always so fresh 🩷

They need work on TIME MANAGEMENT ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️‼️
Every single time Delivery drivers come here to pick up customer orders the food is not ready. Even it takes us 15 minutes to drive to their location and you get there it is STILL NOT READY! ..... You have to still arrive and wait and additional 10 minutes for the food. Very freaking ridiculous 🙄.

The okra soup was not tasty to me. I took two bites out in fridge. I’ve had way better

My husband and I visited this place yesterday and we ordered Fufu with Egusi Soup and Jollof Rice with goat meat. The food was fresh and flavorful! Customer service was quick and great! Will definitely be coming back!

An amazing, authentic African restaurant. We had the goat pepper stew and Jollof with chicken.
Wow it's good!

Good Nigerian restaurant. You have to call and preorder before you get there unless you want to wait for a while or eat whatever they have available. They are a bit pricey too. Overall, they are good 👍

Okay look… I was originally going to write a review bc I was very upset about the wait time. I’m not a patient person and I only ordered for myself so I was prepared to wait like 15 mins. After 30 mins I was ready to RANT and RAVE and show my az on Google Reviews, I’m not gonna lie. Food came 5-10 mins after I was on 10. ……. Yall…. I had my first bite of the goat pepper stew I ordered………. All my anger faded into understanding. I was like “oh….. OH….. well ya know good food takes time and it’s not fair that we live in such an on-demand fast paced society….” lol the food was so good my anger melted away!!!!! I was like.. “I mean they do have a sign that says “this is not a fast food restaurant, our food is made to order” or something to that affect. I’m taking a star off for the wait bc I just wasn’t expecting it. And again, I’m not naturally patient. If… no not if, WHEN I have this craving again I will order to go and arrive after.. probably 45 mins after ordering.

This is the best African restaurant food I’ve ever been, here in Houston Texas, good food good people good service.
I came to buy suya. I was told it’s only sold on special occasions, I left. So if you are planning to come here for suya make sure it is your birthday 🎉 smh lol
So this is hard to review....the food was good but boy did i pay for it. My stomach and intestines were burning so bad afterwards. Severe, severe, heartburn to the point i almost went to the ER. I had to throw the remaining food away. Needless to say, I will not be going back if I get through this pain.

Arrived Omalicha Kitchen at 8pm hungry & ready to bring coworkers there hoping for a great experience, sat down, it's 8:35 pm, two guys strolled by in & out of the Kitchen moped in my direction & moved on, waved for attention & was waived off & vanished. I was hoping being in the US would take that Ajegule Market Mentality out of the equation but I was wrong. Starving, I had to go to Cheddars instead for Baby Back Ribs Meal cheaper. HORRIBLE Business sense. What a great DISAPPOINTMENT!
