So this is the second bad experience. Today I placed an order I arrived 5 mins earlier than what was given to me so my food would not be sitting there. I wanted my food somewhat hot to warm. As I was driving off I was tempted to grab a slice of pizza. I reached into the box and the pizza was cold. I checked the wings and also cold. Their estimated times for pick up are definitely off. Also when I walked inside I asked the female behind the bar where to pick up my order only to be told someone would help me shortly. A waitress came up and asked how she could help me. I notified her that I had placed an order to go and that it should be ready. She said she would check on it. This gentleman asked if he could help I told him that a waitress was looking into my order. I kept waiting he finally came back and asked for my name and went to check on my order. I got my order finally. Also when I placed my order on the app I was forced to leave a tip. I did not find away around not leaving a tip for a to go order.A couple of weeks ago when we were there the waitress gave us the total. We thought the total was off . We asked for an itemized receipt. We noticed she was adding her tip with the grand total. It was a price difference of $30. It's not like we weren't going to tip.I'm not sure I'll return despite the food being great! Always ask for an itemized receipt don't let them give you a verbal total.

Met up with some friends for happy hour, and this was my first visit. Our food , pepperoni pizza and nachos on the HH menu were very tasty. The 1/2 off burgers seemed very popular and looked good as they kept coming out the kitchen. Three great drinks and 4 hours later on a Thursday night was time well spent. I will be back for dessert another trip.

I rarely write reviews but my experience today warranted the time and effort to show my appreciation. It stated by me accidentally placing a pick up order for the wrong location (Kirby instead of Katy). I realized it minutes after placing the order and called yelp/grubhub customer support who said they could not cancel/transfer the order. Long story short after a couple back and forths grubhub did not help at all but On The Kirb's general manager took the time and effort to look into transferring my order to the Katy location despite it being my mess up. I cannot say enough nice things about this type of management. On top of that I will say On the Kirb has hands down some of my favorite pepperoni pizza you can find and love their appetizers. Great food and even better service 11 out of 10.

Went with family today for lunch. It’s been a while since I have had such poor service at what seems to be a higher end restaurant. After we received our food, which was very good our waitress completely disappeared for about 30 min. Never received the additional drinks we asked for. Next time I’ll be sitting at the bar!!

I love the variety on the menu, but if you are going to offer soo many healthy and grass-fed options, please change the mashed potatoes to real potatoes instead of the instant mash. Also my knife would not even cut my steak. Other than that the restaurant is awesome, the atmosphere is very chill and fun. I enjoyed everything except the terrible mashed potatoes. The bartender could loosen up and smile more but she took care of my needs.
