Cashiers are rude, nice nasty, and talk down on customers for sport.
The security guard told me I was no longer welcome at On Cue and when I asked why, he said it was because I had filmed a harassing employee trying to get her attitude on tape and by chance filmed her causing a customer to fall..My wife and I were treated horribly after spending nearly $70 was the whole reason I started filming. Now the security guard tells me the reason I can't come in the store is because I was practicing a constitutional right. In fact, I showed the security guard the tape because he also knew how. She was acting out. To the owner . what type of establishment are you running. No one has reached out to me over how we were treated. Now I'm told I can't come in the store because I took a video to prove the bad treatment we received. Wow. How come that same guard refused to kick us out even though the harassing employee demanded such, because we did nothing wrong!!!/
Mr. Owner.,
Ms. Rodriguez addressed my exact issue two months ago ..I know who she is talking about because she explains the woman to a t. You told Ms. Rodriguez that you took your customers complaints seriously and that the problem would be handled. Mr. Owner, If you took care of this issue like you promised Ms. Rodriguez you would, why then have I suffered hardship by the exact same employee. Mr. Owner, I too wa a paying customer. Mr owner, I too was discriminated against. Mr. Owner. I too was harassed. Mr. Owner., I too was slandered about some rules that I wasn't breaking. Mr. Owner are you going to tell me what you told Ms Rodriguez? How can you?
Mr. Owner I have a question..Today I see this review made by Ms. Rodriguez for the very first time and it seems so familiar to me. Mr.. owner. It seems to me that you've broken your word and some of your paying customers have suffered dearly. Do you know Mr. Owner that I have not broken the law or your rules yet I am banned from the Westeimer store by the same security guard.Ms Rodriguez mentions in her review.. Do you know why he said I was banned Mr owner.? because I attempted as a paying customer to film the injustice of the same employee that also harassed Ms. Rodriguez , which is a constitutional right Mr. Owner. Mr Owner, please don't belittle my intelligence with an apparent investigation to save face. Do you ban people from On Cue for practicing their rights layed out in the constitution. Mr owner, keep it simple.Call your guard and ask him if I done anything inappropriate,or broken any rules or loitered or even acted inappropriate when this aggressive, inappropriate employee that by your own words would be handled, harassed me. Then ask him why he told me in front of my wife and friends that I was no longer welcome for recording this injustice..Let's just say I'm band for talking the English language where other employees would hear me... would that not make just as much sense..Mr owner I was harassed and discriminated against and I want to know exactly what it is that you will say this time , because this time Mr. Owner, wors are not enough!!
We loved it. They have so many drinks here, sandwiches and hot tamales and hot hot dogs, hot sausages with condiments (Sauerkraut, pickle relish, Pico de Gallo, salsa, etc. etc.) and even wine. We came here for motor oil, but woa that is such a a nice store and we couldn't resist the sausages. I got a beef & cheese sausage which was sooo good.
Also what is great here is. That the bathroom doors slide open and that the restrooms are clean. Another also is that on the main entrance they also have sliding door. I definitely give it 5 stars.
As my senior citizen mom was calmly sitting awaiting our order, a white older woman employee named Reba? approached my mom at the table and was talking to her sternly and in a scolding manner. My mom has heart issues and can’t stand up long. She told my mom that she had to leave so they could clean. My sister went to see what was happening and explained to her we ordered food and my mom was just waiting. We visit this store daily and have never had problems.
But this lady was clearly on some sort of power trip and was very rude. The employee left after admitting my mom could sit there since we were waiting on our order (which she should have found out first, before speaking so rudely to my mom).
I went to see if my mom was ok and then that same employee came back at us aggressively and doubled down on speaking to us sternly (without any reason to, as we were just having a private conversation trying to figure out what had happened). She interrupted my private discussion even as I asked to her to let me speak with my mom. There was no need for the employee to return as it had already been established we were buying customers waiting for our meal.
The employee was hyped up and acting rude and hostile. She was telling me what she told my mom and said she made no apologies over it, although no one asked her. She clearly did not want me finding out from my sister and mom on my own.
I asked her to relax and told her it was not necessary to act that way and I felt she was being condescending and rude and hostile. I asked her her name, so I could go speak to her manager. She refused to give me her name. That is when she really became unhinged and started falsely accusing us of not wanting to follow the rules. She actually yelled out loud, “I know what your problem is…THEY don’t want to follow rules!! “ Then, she started telling anyone in sight that we refused to follow the rules. She was beyond wild acting, while slandering us, in her attempt to embarrass us.
I went to report her harassing behavior to the manager and she literally came and started confronting me and trying to engage me in a verbal fight. She didn’t care she was on camera acting crazed in front of her manager. I then had to say I was going to report her to the police if she didn’t back off, as she was screaming at me at the side of my face. I asked her manager to get her away from me, as this was hostile behavior. The employee said in front of her manager, to me, “no! You’re talking about me, so I’m going to be right here!” She was also screaming at my sister while we were calm (I hope corporate pulls up the cameras to see her unhinged ranting and her not leaving me alone to speak with her manager without her being confrontational and trying to engage).
The employee then said (after I told her manager I was going to call the police if she didn’t get away from me) that she was getting the police before I would, and then she went and got the guard that works there. She did this as I was trying to talk to her manager. She lied and said to him that we were trying to break some sort of rules and refused to move. This was a complete fabrication. Her manager seemed to have no control over this employee harassing me, and just assured me she would report it.
It was clear the employee was the aggressor. It was wild that she wouldn’t let me talk to the manager without her causing a scene in the store. I have never seen such abhorrent behavior from any employee at a gas station before. This is the kind of thing that goes viral when on camera. It’s not only highly unprofessional, but it was disturbing, and nothing short of psychotic behavior. It was also harassment.
Is this the way Hispanic and Senior Citizen customers get treated at this store? As an educated, professional Hispanic woman, I can say that it was beyond disturbing to be falsely accused by this employee of not following some ‘rules’ and she escalated her story to include the security guard. I find this behavior to be discriminatory and it w

I love the On Cue! The pumps are clean with many options of fuel and charging stations. The bathrooms smell great and are very clean with plenty of stalls and privacy. They have a variety of snack choices and food options. Their coffee is spectacular and customizable almost like a buccees, their soda station is great and also customizable. And their drink wall is stocked with everything you could imagine, their beer cave is also very neat and varying. Me and my friends look forward to buying snacks for the night every other night. We absolutely love the On Cue. I wish there were more in Houston.
Great customer service on the overnight shift and very clean and keep fresh everything ?
The black janitorial lady cleaning at night instead of working and pick up the trash with cleaning equipment laying around she was talking loudly on the phone the whole time ... which in term left more mess than when she started and she was also pretty rude toward costumers. In contrast the guy worked at the cashier was really nice. Big contrast!
I guess it's middle night no managers are here.
... was there the evening of 07/16/2024 around 11:55PM
Decent gas station store. Well stocked.

This is my favorite stop in the am. I love that they have iced coffee and their breakfast pizza is the best.
I like how the employees are very nice in how the store is lit you in it looks so clean.
Two women working up front 9:19 am 02/02/2024 should not be scheduled unless a manager is scheduled. Poor character no integrity
Best gas station around and the food is very good
Clean and large facility including restroom.
