Great service, clean store, clean working bathrooms, plenty of items to select from in the store and excellent fuel choices. Has ethanol free fuel as well as E85, diesel, and the usual unleaded fuel.

I use to go to buckees until I found OnCue it’s a place where you can sit down and enjoy their delicious treats. I wish there were more I go to the one off of Westheimer and Westchase Houston Texas. Customer service friendly their whole deserves a raise. Thank y’all for everything you do.

Simply my favorite gas station in the area. I usually get gas around 4a.m when I'm heading to work or picking up my husband from work. I feel safe at this time because they had security. And, the place is always clean. Sometimes when I come out someone is pressure washing the parking lot.

Really worst costumer services particular one employee. was telling me to hurry up with my order. and when I asked to talk for the manager, he told me to get out of his face. This company doesn't train there employees correctly. Last time a ever go to buy. Gas and food. In this place. Don't recommend it.
Today, July 1, at 11:20 pm, I went to the gas station 10612 Westheimer Rd Houston, TX 77042 United States, I wanted to buy a box of cigarettes, the person who attended me did not want to accept my digital ID (in a photo), I went out to look for the physical to my car, and returned to buy it, I am 21 years old, and the lady who attended me was the same and the only one who was there at that time working told me that she did not want to sell me to leave the establishment, the security also told me to leave that they were not going to sell me, so I do not understand the reason, I do not know if for discrimination because I did not speak Spanish, I asked for an explanation of why they didn't tell me and they only insisted that I leave, their behavior is very unfair and inadequate. I felt very badly treated in front of all the people who were there, they simply discriminated against me and were making me out of an establishment without any justification. The security told a client (male) whom I don't know that they were not going to sell me anything that I went to another establishment, to which that person began to tell me to leave too, he began to insult me and verbally assault, I told him to shut up please, and he did me in an aggressive way and continued insulting me, I had to push him away because the security guard did nothing but look even though he was next to me, I am a 21-year-old girl and the person who assaulted me by a man much older than me, ! need him to do something about it, these people can't treat customers like that and the security guard did not do his job but make me out of the place without explanation. There are security cameras that can check, evaluate the situation and take measures about it because that's how I will do it, she will not be mistreated, humiliated and assaulted by workers of that place, customers influenced by security, and the security himself does not do anything when he sees that situation. I hope to get an answer otherwise I will file a complaint or complaint, whatever is necessary, formally with the necessary evidence. It was strongly able to have the security cameras of that establishment checked and measures taken in this regard, because logically I will not return to that place as long as those people are still there

This was a place that was Very Convenient for me, with good Customer Service, but only Reba and 1 or 2 more associates still seem to Actually Care about The Customer or their jobs. Now the Customer Service during the is Horrible.
I used to go to the Drive Through Window, but Melanie kept my credit card once before. I also caught her trying to take a picture of my credit card front and back with her cell phone.
The other cashiers seem to just not be there to work. They are more concerned with Gossiping about the customers private business.
There’s a male associate, which I don’t even have to describe: You’ll know him when you see him. He flirts with every single female that comes into the store.. This guy desperately flirted with me and my Mother, until he found out that I am her daughter; but everybody else already knew. He makes it clear he is just trying to find a hook up. The staff just doesn’t seem to be too concerned about the needs of the customers and the pricing has gotten too high.
Fortunately, the economy is about to sort everything out. .*Only Reba and a handful of others will remain

I really love stopping into the store!!!! I love that they have a Security Guard!!!! I always love seeing Windy she’s a really sweet lady that’s always working and having a positive attitude!!!!! I also love the front desk clerks and staff that work the Morning Shift they are Awesome!!!!!
