so good everything
Great Pricing, pricing, pricing with even greater food + service.
Crawfish is da bomb, just order everything on the menu, you will NOT be disappointed!
Oxtail hotpot was just perfect even tho it took a while to come out
Their crawfish is horrible, don’t do it. Combination of dead, frozen, and mushy.
Delicious grilled dishes, especially crab hotpot.

Food was below average, the hotpot was overpriced and the seafood wasn't fresh. However, service was great! ?

I came to One Hot Pot and Grill one night after I couldn't find Pho Binh at Night near by. I decided to try some hot pot here. I came in with only 2 tables of customers left. I waited awhile to get to see the menu. Then, the employees gathered at the bar chatting. I can't remember how long it took for my dish to come. I even asked about it. I don't remember anyone apologized for the wait. I was about to walk out. But I didn't. I stayed and ate my Grilled Beef Rice Noodles (Bún Bò Nướng).
I was hoping to try their hotpot but they are down to 2 types now: Thai and Vietnamese. Ordering seems to be complicated. I think I need to eat hot pot with friends. Maybe some other time.

One of my favorite places to visit when in Houston... Great grilled food and chill atmosphere
The food is really not delicious, every dish is cold. Even though the restaurant is quite empty, the food takes a long time to arrive and the food is slow for customers. I had to ask 3 times to get the dish. The price is mid-range, not cheap, but the food is boring, bland, cold, and the portions are very small.
I ordered 4 dishes
Combo grilled snails (a little hotter, but 29$ with a few scattered snails and a wait of nearly 50 minutes)
Grilled chicken feet (but the restaurant serves fried chicken feet that are dry and tasteless)
Steamed clams (quite good)
Grilled squid (cold, bland, not fresh)

Came on a Friday night, barely anyone inside so the vibe was quiet and dead. Ordered a few items but frustrating almost half of the items we wanted were not available. Ended up getting the combo seafood shellfish platter, house fried rice, bot chien, and grilled squid. Shellfish platter was ok, the seasoning and sauces were flavorful but seafood itself could be fresher. House fried rice flavor was good but the texture was very soft and not very fried. Bot chien was very crispy, good appetizer. Squid was a bit salty, needed some lime. Overall could be better but the atmosphere was low and many items were unavailable.

Went to eat late at night but the seafood was extremely fresh and delicious. This is my second time coming here and I'm still very satisfied with the food and service. The waiters are very enthusiastic, professional and handsome ? I will come back if I ever visit Houston. Please visit this restaurant if you come to Houston, you wont’t be disappointed.
