We arrived around 9pm on a Friday and it was empty as can be. We ordered the thai hot pot- broth was on the sweeter side. Sliced beef was really thick but definitely precut and frozen. The noodles were not fresh and broken up. The combo seafood plate was good but missing the coriander herb that normally comes with this dish. Food was decent, service was good since we were the only ones there . My only complaint was the male server that's sitting in the corner on his phone hacking/coughing up or trying to clear his throat of something every 2 mins. It was disturbing while we were trying to eat.

Seasoning is on point! Can’t go wrong with any seafood orders. Will be back to try their hot pot.A bit slow customer service when I dined because there were only ladies took care everyone.

My experience at One Hot Pot and Grill was fantastic! The chicken feet were a delightful start, and the hot pot was simply divine. The grill options were amazing, offering a delightful array of flavors. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for an incredible hot pot experience. A must-try for all food

I live in Houston and I had family in town who heard about this place from their friends, so I checked it out with them and OMG, everything I had was so good. Their clams, escargot, and chicken feet were on point. I cannot believe I didn’t know about this place! Highly recommend if you looking for good street Vietnamese food. Saving this place to go back.

Decent spot for some viet street style foods... the overwhelming star of the night was the banh bot chien... they probably serve the best version of this egg rice cake dish in town as it has a nice balance of crispiness and just the right amount of egg. Dare I say we liked this better than the famous one at Tan Tan. Everything else, though, was pretty standard vietnamese street food fare like grilled skewers and assorted rice and noodle dishes. Ironically, the beef hot pot itself was the least memorable part of the meal. Deep in Alief, I'd compare this closely with HEM just down the street.

Absolutely the WORST service EVER!! We needed a table top for 5 and they asked us to wait and no one started to clear a table until I approached them for the 2nd time. After standing around and waiting for 15-20mins.
They has a good selection of seafood/snails. One of their best seller is The Ốc Plate combination, and the food portion plus the price was reasonable. The waiter/waitress provided excellent services!

We wanted to check out a restaurant in Houston that specializes in Oc and boy did they deliver! The portions were fairly priced giving the time and season. We left full and happy. The service was really nice we were always checked on by the sweetest waitress. The restaurant is really clean and we were seated immediately. I'll be back for sure!

The food was incredible and the service was so fast! We had scallops and were putting empty shells into a bowl, and every time it was close to being full theyd replace it within a couple minutes.

I love this place!!! The deep fried chicken feet has the perfect crunch. Morning glory is good. Clams are always on point. Sometimes I get the hotpot as well which is perfect size for 2-4 people
