They really need a better system, or any system at all, for customers to pick up To-Go orders. There’s usually a long line bc it’s a busy place, and someone merely picking up food they’ve already paid for shouldn’t have to wait in line or have to try and get someone’s attention to be given their order. Just seems like they make it harder on themselves and the staff in this regard

Very friendly but the service is very slow, I ordered chicken waffle and it took more than 30 minutes to bring my order, I was the only one in the place with a food order, the other 3 tables were only consuming drinks while working on their computers.

The music is way too LOUD and genre is just awful. Prices are outrageous. Not a good place to met with friends over breakfast. The ramp is way too steep and I almost ripped over getting in and broke a piece of my wheelchair trying to get in. They allow smoking by the front door, which is against CoH ordinances. 1 star. Avoid this place like the plague.

This place is awful. It is not ADA/Wheelchair friendly. The ramp is too steep, and I broke a part of my wheelchair when I tried to get up it. The music is too loud, and the genre is downright awful. They allow people to smoke within the 25 feet of the Houston City Smoking Ban. The ambiance is garbage here. The food prices are ridiculously expensive. I went with a small church group, but I couldn't make it out. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else that cares for the customers, especially with the disabled ones. 1 star.

Good place. Order at the bar and drinks are fast and food is delivered to your table. I like this process. Tacos were very good, wings were good. Wish they were hotter (and I always do) but they had hot sauce to add to them. It was trivia night and I've never done this type of thing before but it was fun.
