We finally made our way to ORG Pizza yesterday. Chef Andrea and his assistant were gracious and welcoming. We ordered the Detroit style pizza; 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni and the Burrata pizza. The crust was superb; crispy on the bottom and chewy in the middle. We loved the fact that the crust was not soggy! Chef Andrea was engaging. We also bought some ciabatta bread to take home and he gave us recommendations on how to store/freeze and use the bread. It’s good to know that we found a pizza that we really enjoyed and will be back again to this hidden gem! 🍕
Authentic Roman bakery that opens on Sundays for pizza and paninis. The star of the show was the Prosciutto panini with burrata, arugula and fig compote…sorry no pic, too yummy! Grazie Andrea Dal Monte for the food and tour!

What an amazing experience. The pizza was incredible. The prosciutto panini is the best sandwich I've had in Houston. Andrei (the owner) even gave me a complimentary ham and cheese brioche roll. You can taste the passion in the food. Add in the welcoming atmosphere, and it makes for a absolutely must try Houston pizza spot.

5/5. Definitely recommend: Probably my top 3 favorite pizza places in the Houston area.
Service: fast, friendly, and personal.
Food: tasted really good, quality ingredients, made-to-order, not greasy ( don't feel bad after eating it like with other pizza ).
Ambiance: cool outside area, but a bit out of the way. Definitely a hidden gem.
The pizzamaker is a man from Rome, Italy and seems passionate for baking bread and making Roman style pizza.
Also a local business, which is cool.

Pizza was amazing, good fresh ingredients and you can tell right away. One of the best pizzas in Houston
This hidden gem is a must for fans of pizza—and who isn’t a fan of pizza? We got the burrata pizza, which was easily the best Roman style pizza I’ve ever had. It’s a small place with intense focus on the things it does well—bread and pizza. Highly recommended.

What a gem this place is! If you would like to taste authentic, creative, fresh pizza this place needs to be on your radar. The kind of food that you can taste that the maker has both skill and passion in its creation. This is absolutely some of the best pizza we have ever had, in Houston, or anywhere else. We ordered a bruschetta style, a bacon mushroom, & brie, and cacio e pepe with orange all on slow overnight dough crusts. Before today, orange (marmalade, I think) on pizza would have probably fallen in a never would I ever category. I was wrong! It was absolutely phenomenal. My mouth is watering as I remember the taste while writing this. The service was friendly & informative. The place is very small with limited indoor seating & some outdoor seating but I would be happy to take this pizza to go & eat it in my car if I had to. It is THAT good. The menu changes and I cannot wait to go back and try whatever this Roman pizza genius creates. Thank you for bringing this heavenly food to Houston!

I heard about this place through an Italian friend and had high expectations going in. This was the best pizza I’ve had in Houston, by far, no question. The ingredients are top of the line and the crust is so light, so you don’t get bloated. They only serve pizza Sundays 11-2, but everything they serve is incredible, especially the focaccia.
The seating is intimate with outdoor options, and the owner and staff are so nice and helpful. You feel like you’re eating with family.
