I always get food from here it’s a great option especially if you want to eat something on the healthier side. I told my coworkers about this place and they all love it as well. The customer service is also amazing they always acknowledge you and are very attentive.

Leslie, a worker at the San felipe location, was very disrespectful and unapologetic about serving me old and brown avocado toast. When I showed her the brown toast she had the audacity to say “I don’t know why it looks like that”. She refused to make a new toast and give a refund and did not apologize about the situation. Immediately after I saw the toast I drove back within ten minutes, it’s not like I waited an absurd amount of time to return to the store as I drove all the way back just to be met with dissatisfaction and disappointment. It’s really saddening as my family and I go to this location so often and have never experienced something like this. We’re very loyal to this company and all I wanted was some fresh toast. If you do happen to go here, please spare yourself an encounter with Leslie.

The bowls are great but a little overpriced for the size. Could been a little bigger. The greens could have a better mix, mine had 90% of brokoli.

Love this place - my favorite is the malt protein shake. There’s this man in the front who’s always friendly and accommodating weeks ago . Came in today and realize they only have self ordering system in the front, and while there’s no customer, no one asked me if I needed help. There were 3 people working, one of them is this lady eating her lunch in which I believe is their work area where they prepare the food. I asked if I can have extra straw and she said *no english* and I have to asked twice. She was also in the guest area (I don’t mind if their on their break eating lunch) but she’s on her phone watching loud videos and talking to her coworkers, yelling because the other person is inside. Asked for their toilet code and the young man couldn’t hear me because he’s on his earphones. This behavior is unprofessional and disturbing the atmosphere.

Ordered teriyaki chicken bowl. Chicken was dry and overcooked. Broccoli wasn’t fresh and also overcooked. Sauce was syrupy sweet.
