Here's a sample bad review, focusing on the towing issue:
"Avoid the original Kolache shoppe at all costs! The food might be decent, but the stress isn't worth it. The landlord, who conveniently sits across the street, has a reputation for towing customers' vehicles. I witnessed it firsthand – a customer parked briefly to pick up their order, and BAM! Tow truck arrived. This place doesn't value its customers, and the landlord's predatory towing practices make it a nightmare. Steer clear!"

Delicious. Kolaches were the bomb and worth the price. Fresh/ homemade. The cookies were good but a little too pricey ($3.50 each and I bought 4, (1 for each family member) and the total was $14. Yes, it's homemade, delicious, thick and bigger than a regular cookie. Unfortunately, in this economy, I can't afford that on the regular.

Oh my gosh, I'd been missing out on gourmet kolaches and never knew it! My buddy drove 30 minutes south to grab some for us on Saturday morning and it was amazing. Think really high end hot pockets. We had a few different kinds (pastrami) and they were fantastic. Definitely worth checking out!

These are some of the best kolaches I've had. I love how fresh everything is. They have a wide variety of foods. Some foods on the menu but are not there in the shop. No fault to the employees but I do wish they made more of the food and carefully portion it out throughout the day. Especially knowing the environment and its rush hour. It is very much a hole in the wall with a vintage feel. Go early if you want to beat the rush and get the best fresh soft kolaches. It can get very crowded but with enough employees you'll be out the door in about 5-10 minutes. I haven't been in a while and have only tried one drink and it was amazing. I didn't need to add anything to it. I can't remember what it was called but I recommend going and trying their drinks. You can change your order to whatever you want and what you need. They have different milks to your preference or needs. Any morning you have with extra time it would be best to go here to get the best breakfast. I think it is better than any other place I've gone to.

Go here! Not to be missed. DELICIOUS! Just a small in-and-out shop, so not a dine-in place. Great and fast service. Fresh food made daily. My favorite is the beef fajita jalapeño kolache. Stop thinking and just go pick up breakfast or grab one on your way to a morning flight at Hobby. Y-u-m!

Finally tried this houston classic. I tried the Reuben kolache, classic jalapeño sausage, and ham kolache - honestly one kolache is more than enough- very rich, greasy, and salty. To be honest, it was too overwhelming for me that I couldn't finish my kolache. The sausage one also was not my favorite - I thought the sausage could have used more flavor. I also did not like the bread used for the kolaches. Each was around $4 which was fair for the amount of filling in each.

Best and freshest Kolaches I’ve had so far! The employees were great and made sure that you were taken care of. The place is small and gets packed quick, so get a Kolache before they get packed!

Old school kolaches. Service is great. People are super friendly. Kolaches are big and fluffy.
Parking: The parking is not great. The store next door has their parking lot locked away
