Decided to give it a second chance and they are still rude especially the cash register lady the darker features one specifically. Try a different pizza place. They forget too much they mess up orders and salads come out after pizzas.

I always get the lasagna, amazing! Love coming here. Pizza and salads are great too. My daughter goes crazy for the ravioli.

The food was good but the service was horrible especially with the young Spanish speaking woman. She did not bring the bread or the salad. She was cleaning tables instead of not bringing bread or salad. My wife asked her and she still took another 10 minutes to bring out the bread and salad and gave an attitude. We asked for an extra plate and she asked "why do you need an extra plate?". If you want to have a restaurant, you need to focus on the customers first and not the other things like cleaning that can be done after the customers leave. Also, should not question customers if they ask for another plate for our one year old baby.

Congratulations Papa Zack, You did it! Several times in the past year I've have tried ordering your fantastic pizza with anchovies and you didn't have them... It seems you righted the ship. Last three times ... YOUGOTEM. Many thanks, Mr.

Let me say the service was very good. You order at a counter and the girl working was helpful and was the only one delivering food and clearing tables. However the food was really bad. The mozzarella sticks were all bad unseasoned breading with very little cheese. The pizza was also bland and the crust was more like a cracker on the rim and the middle was somehow soggy. The penne ‘homemade’ pasta was .50 cents worth of bagged pasta with garlic olive oil so salty I could not finish it. For a restaurant that’s been here in this area for years, I honestly have to ask why?? First and only time I would eat there and would also tell others it’s not worth it.

Napoli Pizza is a fantastic spot for authentic Italian pizza. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a casual meal with friends or family, and you can tell they take pride in crafting each pizza with care. The crust strikes the ideal balance—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s light and airy with that perfect hint of wood-fired char.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Whether you're a pizza connoisseur or just someone looking for a delicious meal, Napoli Pizza is the kind of place that delivers every time. It’s a slice of Naples right in your neighborhood.

I love this place! It's been around forever. It's a "hole in the wall" kind of place, but the food is always amazing. Best homemade pizza in the area, hands down. Great place to bring the family!

Parking: Depending on the time and day, it can be difficult to park as the place is limited, but you can always park at the shopping center next door.

Kid-friendliness: I love bringing the kids here! It might be small and not a lot of wiggle room, but the rustic authentic vibe makes you feel at home in a way. It's cozy! They have kids portions, but we usually just order a whole cheese pizza for them. No complaints!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps to get in and out both doors, I believe.

Question: Is this Napoli restaurant the same as the restaurants in California?
