The pizza was delicious...but the Italian cream cheese cake was something to behold! The atmosphere was nice and I will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended.

We go here all the time. Most of the time it is really good but I HAVE to come on here giving them a one star bc we got food poisoning. We visited November first (yesterday) and in the night the terror began. All the children started throwing up in the walls and diarrhea on the floor. Even I got very very sick. My poor mother got sick. It’s been awful! I do feel bad for giving the one star bc it’s usually ok! But this … I will never go back. If I do, it would be reluctantly and I’d be so scared. I’m traumatized! I’ve never had food poisoning this bad.

Literally had to get up and leave. The WORST service ever. And my husband and I were the only people in the restaurant. When we arrived we ordered the special on the board when you walk in. Beef Lasagna & Salad and I order the Chicken Rigatoni with Vodka sauce. The young lady rung us up and told us it would be 15 mins.So we set and waited for our food. 20 mins later the young lady is packaging up the food for Togo- we mentioned they it’s for here. So she then brings our salads & bread. 20 more minutes she brings my husband lasagna. Still no food for me. Now at this point I have been waiting for 40 mins for my food. We have asked the cashier multiple times for my food. She just looks confused and says something to the kitchen. I then get up and walk near the kitchen asking them myself. The cooks just look at me confused. The cashier said “I keep asking…but so can’t make them make it.”Ummm ok-I don’t even know what this means. The cooks talk amongst themselves while looking confused and then My husband begins speaking to them in Spanish. And one of the younger cooks says sorry he isn’t feeling so well. So we just left.

I’m extremely disappointed in my most recent visit. I called to order the Zuppa de Mare. The lady told me it would be $22. When I questioned it, she asked if I wanted a small instead. I said I guess. I was confused as I only knew the soup to come in one size. She proceeded to tell me that the small was only $2 less, so I said fine despite my hesitations. When I arrived at the restaurant, I questioned it again. Come to find out, she charged me for and ordered a seafood pizza. She corrected my order and charged me appropriately, but the food is nowhere near the caliber it once was. There was oil sitting on top of the bowl. The calamari was rubbery/overcooked and the pasta was under cooked. I haven’t been eating out much this year. The fact I spent my time money and energy for this experience is disheartening. I will not be back. This place used to be so amazing. My heart is broken.

I am a customer over 6 years and I have more dozen times bringing back my Chicken Marsala Pasta to the restaurant. Yesterday I went back for Chicken Marsala Pasta after not being customer over 8 months. Same old bad service and same old problems - spill out all Chicken Marsala sauce. I don’t want your money back and I want everyone knows about it. After COVID-19 Original Napoli Restaurant from bad to worse, really you can’t do better packing people’s dinner but wrap the Chicken Marsala Pasta with paper so the sauce spill out all over my car and leave me dry Pasta to eat. Last time I took it back and asked for more Chicken Marsala sauce and you added water to my food and taste just like water so I stop order any things afterwards and now a different management but same old tasteless food…truly awful, and you should hope they learn but they don’t care.

The quality of food and customer service has declined over the last year.Considering the price increase, I would have assumed that would have been to keep the quality of their food the same to keep up with inflation; however, I am sorry to say the food quality has declined considerably.

Have been getting pizza from them for years. Quality has gone downhill. Cheese isn’t evenly distributed and it was mostly crust, each slice. One slice you can see from the picture, had more sauce than anything else! Won’t be back.

Came for lunch Tuesday. You’d think a restaurant with 4.1 stars would have AC. Very uncomfortable, won’t be returning.The pizza was OK (thick crust) but it was seriously like 90 degrees inside. The entire kitchen and counter staff were sweating bullets. Not sure it is legal. Reported to my cousin who works for OSHA after I left.
Horrible! I came here yesterday evening and made a order to go. I got home and was disappointed by this half sized serving of shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. I called and the lady told me I could either bring it back for a refund, but I was too hungry and already home, I wasn't about to drive all the way back for this. She didn't even care about how upset I was, that was all she offered. I told her I was going to leave this review, and she didn't care so. Look at this pic of what appears to be enough noodles for some child plate,

I typically don't review a restaurant before eating at it, but this restaraunt had the worst customer service. The waitress cares more about cleaning the dining room than serving a paying customer. I had to ask if I seat myself or if I need to order at counter, she begrudgingly said "i can help you at the counter" - she was super not interested in helping a paying customer. I was being super pleasant and nice towards her too, but still she seemed more focused on getting her cleaning done instead of helping me.The food is marginal, nothing to call home about.

Interesting at Best Younger girl resist hair with glasses Not the most popular in the place. Witnessed her being a Smart A$$ to a customer and walking away and still she couldn't Shut-Up!!!! Taller guy with glasses needed us to move tables because we ordered 2 pizzas....we where a party of 3 sitting at a 4 top (plenty of room). The table he suggested was an 8 top....CRAZY!!!! Pizzas weren't bad but we had extra toppings that we didn't order all over pizzas We did t complain because already witnessed the staff wouldn't give a Rats A$$.
