The drinks and food were excellent. We enjoyed it with friends before we went to a concert downtown Houston. The restaurant is nice inside and service was great.

Food is amazing as always. Our service was not great. The server forgot drinks and food. So a person would sit without their food or drinks for 8 to 10 minutes while others who had received their items could either eat or let their food get cold, waiting for everyone's meals to arrive. And it wasn't like there was a lot of us. It was only four.

The empanadas were cold, as if they had been cooked an hour before. Same with the wings. It appears they pre cook everything and reheat the food. And the place was empty, so there was no need for that. The kids spaghetti was not good, and the chicken quesadilla was not great.

My wife and I both found the food to be exceptional. Snapper was fresh, shrimp linguine had an awesome smoky flavor. Service and price were excellent. We will definitely make it a point to dine there again. Easy walk to Astros game.

We had a reservation at 11:00am we got there at 10:46am on google it says they open at 10am and the lady at the front desk said they were not open until 11am, even though there was people already sitting down we waited outside, everything was good, we go back at 11 we get seated and the lady didn’t know anything about the breakfast menu they were cleaning inside and painting the walls. We were only offered water. Bad experience i been there a couple times before and we always had a good experience with the service. Not coming back I think they changed owners.

3rd time visiting this place and I was excited about having the barbacoa po-boy again. Either they changed the recipe or it was an off day, as it was extremely salty and pretty much tasted like chili which is not at all what I'd experienced twice before. The presentation was also not great and it all looked slapped together.
My friend had the chicken parm which he also commented was pretty salty, but otherwise good.
They were also pretty busy, and while the waiter came by a few times to apologize we waited nearly 45 minutes at lunch for 2 basic entrees.

the bartenders make some meaaaannnn cocktails. the food isn’t my favorite here, but it’s classic “american”/italian fusion.
also, a special shout out to the servers, bartenders, and managers here! they are so kind and helpful. i always ask for a martini with blue cheese and the bartender even stuffed the olives just for me last time 💕

Shrimp and okra gumbo was delicious, a little on the salty side but still delicious !
Shrimp linguine was also delicious, shrimp was a little tough. Possibly next time cooked a little less time or on a lower heat setting.
H Town chocolate cake , 5 stars so damn delicious !!

My sister and her friend were having drinks, and they said the nachos were good, so we assumed the food would be ok. The gumbo, they must have created their own version. The only thing my daughter liked about it was the sausage. She got a salmon, tasted old, i got some steak, it was more fat than anything and no flavor, our friend had pasta with shrimp, she didn't like it either. Drinks were totally forgettable. Service was good.
