When we got there the bartenders seemed annoyed, we ordered drinks and weren’t offered a menu. I gave them a chance to continue serving others and was never asked if we wanted a menu after 30 mins there and two drinks later we decided to leave. The Dj was ok a lot of talking and interrupting the music. Maybe more music less talking would want people to get up and dance.

I had a very bad experience, I went to eat with my family and I ordered a dish that had habanero chili on top and I told the waitress that I didn't want it with habanero, she told me there was no problem, then it turns out that they put extra habanero and they hid it under the rice and when I took the first spoonful I almost choked on the chili. It was a very unpleasant moment because I told them that I didn't want chili and they out of spite put extra habanero in it and hid it under the rice. Apart from that, my husband asked for a rice extra mixed to share with my children and it turns out that that rice had something disgusting that looked like a worm all fried I don't know but it was like a worm we came with an upset stomach the waitresses are very bad looking pedantic as if we were going to order food gift, they serve you very badly, the truth is I will never go to this restaurant with my family again because they do not prepare the food as you ask for and they serve you reluctantly, a terrible experience when you are eating, they do not stop seeing you the waitresses start to secrete among themselves and speak badly because it is obvious well you can tell when someone is speaking badly about another person it is not even an environment in which you can enjoy a plate of food if as well as they are good at gossiping among themselves they were good to come and serve you would be perfect because they are not even going to ask you if everything is okay at the table

Customer service was horrible and manager was very rude and disrespectful. We no longer wanted our order of shrimp because of quality and quantity were not what we were expecting. When we brought up to our server she said no initially and said “you can’t do that because you already ordered it”. Which it did not make sense to me especially that’s not appropriate customer service. We asked to speak to the manager and she continued to argue with us that she can’t take it back because they already made it. We will no longer be coming to this restaurant I don’t understand why it was such a problem or why they made it such a big deal. Even after we put in a new order they still continued to be disrespectful to me and my husband. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant.

I love Mexican food and I go to this place a lot but the waitress that I had on my last visit was terrible and very bad service and not to mention her chewing gum that was not at all hygienic.

Personally, it is my favorite place. This last time we visited with my husband, I felt that the waitress was in a hurry to do everything, even to pick up the dishes. It is good that the waitress is attentive to the customer, but it does not make you feel that she needs you. I have visited it for several years now and it is the first time that this has happened to us. Otherwise it is delicious ? all the food
