I got the bacon cheese burger, fries and a drink. The fries were hot and fresh. The drink was strong like I wanted, however, the main attractions was cold 🥶. The bread was soggy and I asked for no tomatoes and had 2 huge slices of tomatoes. The lady did not speak English well, but why would you give a customer soggy bread. 🤢🤢🤢

It was my first time coming here the brisket really super dry no flavor the ribs over cooked really hard an then the potatoe salad tastes really weird flavor I would never come back here I didn’t even ate the food gust wasted my money

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered the brisket Philly cheese steak combo which came with fries and a drink. I believe I paid close to $15 when I say it was well worth every penny this place is delicious. I hate I did not get, the lady working the registers name. When I inquired about this sandwich, she let me know how good it was. She was very nice And professional. This place is so good. I was looking on the back of the menu to see if they had any other locations. but unfortunately, they’re only in the downtown area. I definitely will be back. I plan to try Other things on the menu.10/10? I usually have pictures to post, but I was so hungry and I didn’t even think about it until after I had finished it?

I was craving a burger, so I stopped in and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger all-the-way. It was... meh. It wasn't terrible; but for the price, I was hoping for something with a bit of flavour. If you are into the type of burgers you'd get at a youth pastor's backyard barbecue, then you'd probably find these burgers as adequate.As for service: friendly enough. The turnaround time wasn't too bad, either.

? The "Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Combo" tasted great.? The ranch dressing that came with the combo was spoiled and had fluid that was visibly separated. Unfortunately, this was discovered after the ranch was dumped onto the sandwich. We tried to scrape it off, but were unsuccessful in removing all of it. Those of us who ordered the sandwich are falling ill (I was the only one who had the visibly spoiled ranch, so I think my coworkers' symptoms may be psychosomatic).

They charge extra for everything! I had a beef BBQ potato and they charged extra for the extra butter since the scoop wasn't full enough I asked for more... Then there's bacon that I was charged extra for. I can get butter and bacon on a potato at all the other BBQ places like Charlie's and definitely Pappas. The only reason I go to Ottos is for the convenience. But I will take the "extra" walk so that I don't have to pay "extra" for condiments that are a part of the order everywhere else.
