Awesome experience! My waitress was super courteous and attentive and the food was delicious! They were playing bingo at the bar area which I though was so much fun!

Came for the prime rib and. Left happy as can be!! Tried the flight of margs and they were surprisingly really good. Prime rib never disappoints medium rare with au jus and horseradish best thing ever! Tylia was our server great service.

To start the review off… I made reservations for a party of 9 2 hours in advance. We got there they put tables together but then said that we were going to have to all cram or somebody was going to have to sit separately… My mashed potatoes had a hair ! They took it & replaced the mashed potatoes portion & added butter to my steak which in fact wasn’t even hot just barely warm… I know people make mistakes but it was the lack of concern for me… & I had to decide which toilet I wanted to wipe off just to use the restroom 😒

Excellent experience. Manager mark came and spoke and checked on us and he was absolutely outstanding, as was his staff. Everything was great and we really appreciated getting attention from manager Mark! Thanks for everything

Came on Veterans day so its very busy. Food was so good. The beef is juicy, the bread come with butter is a must. Staff is nice and helpful. Will comeback and highly recommend 👍

Probably the worst experience at an Outback I’ve ever had.
Let’s start me tell you first that I was in this industry for 25 years mostly managing stores with my last job being an AGM for Pluckers wing bar.
I do have a lot of patience when I see a place is super busy like they wear because I do understand the restaurant business, but there are little things that can help when you are slam like this.
Number one the Server was not ready to serve all those tables at once, it took him 12 minutes to get to my table and another 25 minutes for me to get a beer which came after my appetizer.
Before that let’s start with the hostess telling all singles parties that they will have to wait till they seat parties of 2 or more first.
It took 55 minutes to get my food (which was great by the way)
I didn’t see the manager touching any tables the whole time I was there. When I was the Agm for Pluckers, one of my biggest things was for the managers to touch every single table specially when it’s super busy to either apologize or try to work out a solution.
Again, I understand the restaurant being super busy, but they are little things that can help and honestly this time was horrible .
