It was lunchtime and the food came out just right but our server only came by one time after our food was served. It was quite so I could here the conversation at my table with my work colleague.

Coworker and I went on lunch and there was a crowd. The food was good. But the service was a little on the slow side. The carrot cake was great; not to sweet.

My daughter and I ordered take out. We both ordered the sirloin and Alice Spring chicken combo with baked potatoes. We both had the blue cheese and pecan salads and 1 carrot cake dessert which we split. My baked potato was so over cooked there wasn't much potato left inside and the skin was so leathery it was impossible to eat. My steak was over cooked and had a lot of gristle. The mushrooms on the chicken dish were over cooked to the point of being almost all black. The salad was good and the cake was good. This is the 2nd time an order from this restaurant was a big disappointment.

I rarely write negative reviews, but service must be improved.

We got sat near the bar and had to wave down multiple waiters before our server could come to our table. We also ordered a dessert to-go but it was taken by ANOTHER table which resulted in an extra 20 minute wait.

The worst part? It wasn't even crowded in the restaurant. We were just simply forgotten because our bartender/server was busy socializing.

Whoever is working at the bar needs an extra person to help them manage their tables. Maybe more staff is needed?

Haven't been to Outback in years. Something made me want to detour there on my way home from work and pick up dinner. Now I remember why I never eat there. A waste of 40 bucks for dry steak, limp asparagus and regular mashed potatoes when I ordered loaded. I will go back to ignoring outback.

I ordered to go, a kids steak meal. There is only the option to order a steak well done for kids, but this one was too burnt and tough. The baked potato and juice were fine. Service was good.
