Food for a family of 6 jammed into 1 bag. Over $80 worth of food. Asked us to check it to make sure correct. Everything fell out into our laps as we sat in the to go pick up spot!!!

In parking spot the parking lot lights went out. Super dangerous!

sometimes take out is not the best option. my onion blossom was oily,soft,n soggy. kids meal steak was blackish and super well done(so dry). chicken was also dry and super seasoned. on the other hand I ordered a medium steak which was cooked to perfection and the baked potato was one of the best I've had. they offered to reimburse with gift cards but it's been 2weeks and nothing yet

I want this place to be amazing, BUT the service & everything else is lackluster, at best. Really want this place to have patrons whose life expectancy is beyond 5 years.

The food was excellent! New menu items had us salivating with every bite! The blookong chicken fried chicken had the perfect balance of flavor and spice. And the French onion sirloin was dripping with onion-y goodness! Definitely try the new menu items!

Ate here for the very first time 1/25/25 with my boyfriend and friends. Was told it would be a 25 minute wait but did not wait more than 10 minutes. Our service was excellent! Our server was friendly and attentive. The Mac and Cheese bites were AMAZING, I am still thinking about them honestly lol. I loved my mashed potatoes and my asparagus, but honestly, I think I'll get something else other than steak next time. I don't really order steak so maybe I was misinformed, but I expected the medium rare filet mignon to be a bit easier to cut and chew and not so stringy. Again, maybe I'm wrong! I don't really eat steak so perhaps it's just not for me. Pricey, but definitely worth it. I WILL be returning. I want to try a burger next time!

I ordered mushrooms, but they were tiny and put into a sauce that taste terrible. The Sirloin wasn’t that tender I’ll order filet mignon next time. The baked potato was good but for $52 dollars you expect to have better mushrooms than that they’re Chinche on portions

I don't know what happened last night 02/14/2025 but our food was salty seems like the chef has a meltdown. Pretty sad to still serve the food the way it had been over cooked and over salted.

Without a showdown of a doubt, the Outback Steak house in Pasedena, TX hosts the best experience you could have with the chain. Abi’s customer service was sublime and deserves recognition

The wife and I decided to try them out for date night. The staff were very nice and the atmosphere was great to the point that we hadn't noticed that our appetizer took a little longer than usual. The manager brought the appetizer to the table and apologized for it being late and comped the appetizer. The food was amazing and I would recommend to anyone stop in for a great steak wonderful atmosphere and there sweet and helpful staff.

My husband and I went very often to eat the strawberry salad 🍓🍓 with grilled chicken, but one day out of the blue the waitress told us that they no longer had it, and we started ordering something different, the meatloaf with cabbages from Brussels, and one day we arrived to order it for dinner, and again they told us that they don't cook it anymore...That disappointed us so much that we haven't been going to eat at this place for a long time. Pity
