Our experience at Outback was okay overall. The steaks were a bit burnt and tough, though surprisingly still cooked to the correct medium-rare temperature. The staff was friendly, but there was some confusion when we asked about the bread. We were told it was honey wheat, but it turned out to be pumpernickel. We hadn’t been to Outback in a long time, so the inconsistency was a little disappointing. Overall, it was an okay visit, but there’s room for improvement.

Only giving this review of 5 stars because the staff esp. our waitress, Erika, was amazing during a very busy Veterans Day evening. Was told they did not schedule enough staff for the amount of customers expected and they had a system crash on top of that. Then started running out of menu items. Our full wait and dining experience was about 3 hours tonight. I hope the staff gets a bonus and some much needed rest.
